Never buy the HP Smart Tank 585. Error E3 or paper jam. Go Canon or go without a printer. Worst printer ever, my previous Canon worked fir 5 people with no problem. The HP cant compare. So dissapointed in this printer. Taking it back to Incredible Connection hoping they will have some sort of workable solution.
Subject: Concern Regarding Fuel Pump Campaign Communication and Booking Confusion Dear CMH Honda Menlyn Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to raise a concern regarding a recent experience related to the fuel pump recall campaign on my Honda CR-V (2014 model). On 5 June 2025, I received an email from (callcentre2@cmh.co.za) informing me that my vehicle needed to be booked in for repairs as part of the campaign. The message strongly emphasized the urgency of the matter, even referring to it as a possible life-or-death situation. Naturally, this caught my attention, and I acted promptly to arrange the necessary booking. On 25 June, I phoned several times to secure a booking and confirmed with someone at the dealership that my car would be taken in on Tuesday, 1 July. I arranged for my husband to take time off work and drive me into Hatfield early that morning. However, upon our arrival, we were told that I was not booked in and that no email confirmation had been sent; therefore, no work could be done on the car. I was further told that my vehicle was not on the recall list after the VIN was checked, and a document confirming “No outstanding campaign found” was issued (attached for your reference). The staff at Hatfield Honda were friendly and did their best to assist, but they could not clarify where the breakdown had occurred or why the original email had been sent in the first place. My concerns are as follows: The system appears to have outdated information, including a previous registration number and missing email contact, despite the fact that I was contacted by email on 5 June. There is no clear confirmation as to whether my vehicle is affected by the fuel pump recall or not. Valuable time and effort were lost due to miscommunication and a lack of follow-through from the admin side. I am now left with uncer*****y about my vehicle’s safety, especially as I regularly travel long distances with my family. I respectfully request the following: A written confirmation, on official Honda letterhead, stating whether or not my vehicle (VIN and registration details attached) is part of the recall. Clarity on how my contact information was both used and lost in your system. Assurance that, should my vehicle be affected in the future, I will receive prompt, accurate, and reliable communication. Please find attached the campaign status document issued by Hatfield Honda and a copy of my current vehicle license disc. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and let me know where the miscommunication occurred. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that this issue can be resolved soon and with the clarity and care that I have come to associate with the Honda brand.
Planet Fitness. What is your policy on trans gender people and usage of your bathrooms? I do not want my tednage daughters walking in on a male who identify as a lady. Let the public know because from what I see you dont have anything on paper? Do you?
Vodacom. Customers beware. Check your statements. A lot of you will get charged for entertainments services and content that you might not even be aware of. Phone *1111# and go on your app to block it. I bought myself out with contracts. Such a sjame Vodacom pretend that they cant do anything. If you are from another service provider who have your customers back. Please reply. We would love to move our business
Vodacom statement showing Entertainment services of R408. I opened my app, management tap, there it shows Mobio360 and NBA league. I did not subscribe. I then unsubscribe and block all subscription. I tried to call Vodacom but as usual NO answer. Best to do now. Pay early cancellation fees on all my contracts and get out of VODACOM. I suspect I am not the only one....
No stars. Lovely surroundings but overpriced. False advertising. Note that the have glamping and mini glamping in the small print. Overworked staff. Only 1 dryer and 2 washing machines. Terrible experience.
I find your adds about Christmas offensive. Christmas is not about PnP or standing at a paypoint saving a few Rand.....saying "Now, that's Christmas". You as a company are entitled. Let's see what happens.
No stars for Mr Mouton and all the companies supporting him. He is so entitled.
I paid my vehicle off, due to Covid the bank dont deal with NaTis documents. Then I paid an extre R350 for Wesbank to deal with the change of ownership. Eleven emails later and empty promises from customer service and STILL no documents. If I am financing another vehicle....are their other options. Not trusting Wesbank at this stage.
I am struggling to get anyone at Vodacom to help me: My one phone 's scontract ended and I want to migrate it to pre-paid. I have been phoning, emailing, I sat with a Vodacom consultant in a Vodacom shop. They phoned, they emailed. Still no joy. Its a M2 old contract on their system problem - blah, blah, blah. So disappointing. I would migrate to any other service provider MTN, FNB if you can get this sorted for me. I have 5 phones and I cant deal with Vodacom anymore. Blame it on the system approach is blaming who - Vodacom management and training?
