Outsurance Trustworthy and Efficient
Recently had a delivery motorcycle slam into my Mazda CX-5. Being a pensioner with limited funds Outsurance made good on the repairs R80000 plus and the panel beaters were top notch. The whole experience took time due to availablity of parts but workmanship was great and follow up support excellent. I have been an Outsurance customer for many years and find they are always easy to deal with and honourable with thier commitments to thier insurance policies.

Outsurance Reliable and Honest
Once again Outsurance honours their commitment to my insurance policy. Within 2 days they have my car at designated panel shop. They first consulted with me to choose the location best suited to my home address. Thumbs up

Dont Use Care Car Clinic: Not to be Trused
In June 2024 I went to Car Car Clinic on Jan Smuts with Volvo XC 60 for a service and some minor work flushing brakes etc. They came back with a quote for R60000. When I looked into the quote they were charging R16000 for a cambelt kit and water pump. I checked with Volvo and the price was R4000. I had a long discussion with the owner manager challenging his prices and got the quote adjust and reduced to R20000. I also insisted they use the Volvo genuine Parts and gave then the contact details for Tom Campher Motors spar parts as they had the part waiting for them. Long story short they finished the job I paid and 2 days later complained that the belt they replaced was squealing. Their solution was to spray wD40 which didn't work for more than a day. Fruitless efforts to get any satisfaction from them. Now 10000 klm later just out of the 6 month warranty we have oil leak and frayed belt (water pump / alternator belt. All faults are due to shoddy workmanship and generic parts. A pully was loose because the bolt was not tightened causing the belt to wear prematurely. I am complaining to head office and will do my best to make sure I warn as many customers as possible. I also asked for quotes recently from the same care Car Clinic and the branch in melrose for my Mazda CX-5 BOTHE quotes were over charging for parts and the Jan Smuts branch was R24000 (R4000) more than the melrose branch at R19000. The job was eventual done by Mazda Randburg for R6000 Car Care Clinic is not to be trusted

Takealot The Best Online Shop
Has to be an industry standard. Takealot excels. They even have collection depots where you can collect to avoid any delivery costs. They do have free delivery options as well. I always shop at takealot first if they have the product and they almost always do.

Pool Renovation Extraordinary Service
Absolutely beyond Question the best company I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I have been renovating (more like a rebuild) our home for past 12 months. Pool had the be paved and my entire pool pump system relocated. Pool Renovators were the very first company during the entire year to clean up after themselves and they actually took their rubbish with them. They were very professional, had all thier own tools and equipment. During the pool Renovation the head office Collett Theron was in daily contact as was the rep Johan who quoted. I can't find words to express my delight and sincere gratitude. On top of the excellent work it turns out I can't be home to fill the pool and prime the pump/filter. I asked Johan and he said they would do it for a call out fee but later the office called and have told me they will commission the pump and filter as complimentary and part of their customer service. Please if you have repairs or want a new pool with confidence you should use pool Renovtors.
