I would like to give a big Thank you to Tinashe and Makoni for handling my case in such a professional and organized manner. They made sure I got dates extremely early to resolve my unfair dismissal. They managed to get me a settlement to avoid the tedious abbritration hearing process. I would Highly recommend them and please always take their advice they have your best interest at heart. NEVER!! Go to the CCMA without seeking legal advice.
I writing this with a painful heart and to anyone wanting to join Masav group or Atlantis travel please don't no matter how desperate you are, they will get rid of you in a week without hesitation. I recently started there as a recruiter on the 10th of June 2022 and left on the 20th of June (shocking I know) Well it was because I was looking for a new career path as I came from a Agency. First I was interview by Andrea who at first I thought was a normal human being, then by the other people Archie, Prince and Mario. To be honest I should I realised the first red flag when I had my panel because they asked me ridiculous questions and the interview lasted for only 10mins but I thought since it was CEOs and directors they didn't want to waste too much time interviewing. First two days were rough they put in an office that hadn't been cleaned for at least 2 years, my equipment was not set up, no formal introduction to the team and how they wanted things to be done. I used to give feedback to Archie who is one of the Directors and he used Ok my work not knowing that he too had split personalities and if Andrea said something he would switch his thinking to suit her. By the way Andrea is one of the CEOs. I worked really hard from the day I started even on the public holiday. Mind you it's almost 10 roles I had which they wanted filled in a week. (which is ridiculous) Anyways I had my recruitment update session which was more of an interigation and demotivating, ofcourse Andrea made it a shouting sessions pointing out wrongs that were not even there and not focusing on what I worked hard to deliver. She even made a statemate to say she doesn't care how many hours I work extra time I must just get the roles filled which means I would only be able to go home after a week. Mind you she had open all profiles on pnet so you didn't know who to contact. I was then called in today to say it's not working out and I only had been there 6 days that only shows that as a worker you mean nothing to them and your extremely replaceable. God forbid you ask Andrea how she wants things to be done she will scream and say your being rude. To be honest I wanted to give her a piece of my mind but I didn't want to stoop to her level. The sad part they take people from permanent and secure jobs just to put them on contract and get rid of the after a month or two even a week. Please please I pled to anyone who wants to join this horrific organization. Go on LinkedIn and go through people's profiles to see how long they have worked there and think about ot I have been added to the statistics for the unemployment rate because of this company. Don't let this happen to you as well.
To the Dischem boss for the Sandton branch, I seriously think you need to do severe investigation regarding your security team dealing with the CCTV cameras. Today I went to meet my friend at Sandton city to help her do a little shopping as she had flown in for one day. So whilst I was waiting for by the door at dischem the security followed us and told her she need to go through some area to get searched, by the way this guy was wearing a bright yellow t-shirt and his shoes were not tied, sorry so I was in sooo much shock because I didn't know what was happening. Anyways they went through her trolley and found some supplements that was not paid for which was a mistake coz she was rushing to get to the airport. I was livid I even told them really, if she was shoplifting why steal damn Tablets, can we just pay for them so we can leave it was a mere mistake. But knowing them security people want to follow protocol so the called the manager, didn't get her name but she had a British accent I think and a rock and roll Karen hairstyle. She clearly said when looking at the footage it looks like my friend covered the pills with her bag. Unfortunately I was kicked out so I coudnt see the video. I asked what's the next step? she said they were calling the cops and my friend is going to jail. I Laughed sooo hard because this was soooo Dumb!! Give us the damn pills we pay for them gosh. So I waited for about a good 20 mins trying to consult with my legal team. I then see my friend and the guy wearing a yellow golf shirt and a female security escorting us like the Duduzani challenge. I asked the stupid guy what the hell is going on? but he ignored me until when got to one of the entrance. I asked my friend what happened she said they asked for a R300 bribe to let her go.i said to her I hope you didn't give them, let's go report it but she just looked at me helpless and said I just want to leave this country!! When then proceeded to Aldo while the two timid security people walked away with R300. They knew my friend made a mistake hence the asked for a bribe, these security people are the ones watching and targeting us. We wonder why we get robbed at malls. I would erge Dischem Sandton to investigate your security team they are terrible and disgusting, unfortunately I was not there to see the transaction taking place but if you have cameras around please go through them. My friend said she had to put the money under something. I reccommend watching from 12.30 to 2pms footage and find out why the manager didn't follow up with arresting my friend as she is currently on a flight back home. Please note the other security guy was wearing black so it was three of them.
I really can't deal with this stupid company!! Can I please have my refund back as soon as possible. I am very tired of chasing you people around. To the CEO of direct axis, you are being paid for nothing!! You clearly can't run this organization properly. I will definitely look for your profile on LinkedIn to express how unprofessional your staff is especially when it comes to the claims department. CAN A Manager get back to me asap!!
Here I go again with chasing these insurance people to just help process my credit life claim. I'm writing this complaint to higher management at IUA. Your consultants are incompetent and I blame their team leader who is managing them. My claim got approved for my credit life to kick-in a few days ago and I was told once approved I must contact direct axis to stop the debit order which I did but they said I must go back to IUA to sort it out. When I phoned the lady I spoke to, firstly didn't sound too sure what I was asking for and quickly told me to email clc@directaxis.co.za and I even repeated the email add and she agreed, she also gave me my policy number to put as a subject for my email and said "ask for a cancelation on your policy", I found that I bit odd but I thought she new what she was doing. That call was made at 9.09am on the 21st of September 2020. Today I received an email saying I can't cancel my policy so I quickly called IUA again and the lady by the name of Biaya said the information I got was utterly wrong and I feel bad because I screamed at her when it was actually the lady from yesterday's fault. I want a manager to get a hold of me ASAP, I am sick and tired of people not being able to do their jobs properly due to laziness and lack of enthusiasm when it comes to executing claims especially during covid. I am tired of sending emails insulting the insurance claims department, I'm just Tired!! I want a swift response by tomorrow or else I will find the head of the department via LinkedIn and ping them regarding this issue. And why do manager's leave before consultants is that even professional? there is a reason why you are managers you need to be there to tackle issues.
Very annoyed with the customer care service. Went to Absa randridge mall to try restructure my credit card and personal loan payment and it took me 1hour on both occasions to just sort it out over the phone and when I did eventually put a claim I was promised that things were sort, Absa still debited the full amounts and worse off there are no notes regarding my claim when the consultant in the bank checked. Surely two people can't be incompetent when it comes to executing this claim unless who ever is managing them is doing a terrible job. I am sitting in the bank as we speak still no answer. ABSA I'M GETTING REALLY FRUSTRATED CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ME IN GETTING MY REFUND AND REDOING MY CLAIM. On the other hand I would like to say thank you to the randridge absa consultants for being professional and sweet during this frustrating time
