Very poor service
Every Friday Springbok Casino awards players with deposits that week R850 bonus with a play through of R51 000.00. Since I signed up with them I have once attempted a withdrawal and cancelled it, and this time I truly need the funds. I made my deposits as I do every week and redeemed the coupon on Friday. I played the R51 000 through and ended up with R1500 when it was done, I then played on and cashed out on R3200.00 on Friday 28/08/2020. They sent me an email after that offering me 50 free spins at 80c on Kung Fu Rooster which I then took on Saturday. When following up on my withdrawal I was notified that because I took the free spins on Saturday, they are cancelling my payout and I should refer to their Terms and Conditions. I have tried reasoning with them with no success. I have made thousands of Rands deposits to them, including to get the bonus on Friday's. My predicament is why send me an email offering the free spins and then allowing me to take the free spins in the coupon section if they know it will cause my payout to be cancelled? My winnings were made from the R850 coupon which I deposited money for in order to get on Friday, I didn't even win anything on the free spins. I would not have knowingly taken the free spins if I knew it will cause my payout to be cancelled.
