Booing.com is a ****
Made a booking on 12 February 2026 and payment was deducted in my account, waited for hours without a booking confirmation after 3 to 4 hours I received a email saying my booking was not confirmed , I had to book again and pay its 24th Feb today my money is not refunded . I will never ever use their service and i want my money

I've been waiting for deposit and they are telling they still waiting for the owner to Reale it on the portal it's release but not paid to my bank account. I moved from their property a month ago.

I've been waiting for settlement letter for days. I'm being sent back and forth . Holding for consultant for 20 mins. Consultant promise to call back but never did. I'm so angry

I sent court order informing VW that I am removed on Debt review they need remove my account from the Debt review department. I was removed in May this year all other creditors removed me beside VW . I called the several times but my account is still on their debt review department

Wow I am amazed by the service I received from start-to finish. The professionalism and empathy Sindile and Alfred offered was out of this world. It took just a month for them to obtain removal request from the court for my debt review listing. Thank you so much you are the best. My funeral claim I was approved on Tuesday 2nd May 2023. Up until now payment has not been made instead I'm told to wait. Poor service. Please do use them for debt review or you will regret

My mother has policy now when she wants to claim she told that the person she's claiming for is not on the cover. Firstly she never app**** for the cover. She saw it on her statement . When she want cancel she was told it has started long time ago because the where people she doesn't know on the cover she them amended it over the phone. But my brother is not on cover
