I bought the same flavour as always WITH the colourfull.picture on the package of what it looks like. When I opened it at home the catfood looked different from what I always buy. When I tried to speak to them they asked me for R15 to ask a question and asked did the cats not like the food..The hated it. They would not communicate with me before paying the R15 into their account. I refused.
My debit card at standard bank was blocked. I phoned twice this morning after they listen to my problem, they cut me off the line. I can never get hold of standard bank. really, really bad!
So I put on a review of vodacom not keeping by our agreement. They said they will phone me but after 2 days of hearing nothing from them, they call my number and when I answer they end the call. I sent an email to someone High up in the company. NOW you are in for a surprise guys!!
Vodacom.upgraded my cell number few months ago with a different contract deal. The first an die second month it was different account that we agreed upon. They wont help me. My calls are recorded and i have email as proof as well. THIS IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT and want to cancel my contract totally!! They just ignore me. VODACOM... YOU ARE HEADING FOR DISASTER!! ONE OF THESE DAYS YOU WILL HAVE TO CLOSE YOUR DOORS TOO BECAUSE MOST OF YOUR CLIENTS ARE VERY, VERY UNHAPPY!
I purchased a sim contract from cell c 27 July 2020 but tried to cancel after 3 days because of no connection where i live. After continued cutting me off when the find out i wanted to cancel i found an email and finally they sent me an confirmation of cancellation. They deducted R199 and refuse to reverse it to me. I had no choice but to accept it and hoped they would go away. Unfortunately this morning they deducted R202 again from my account ignoring me again after i e mailed them. PLEASE can you help me?
