Had some hiccups but Alumo sorted them for me in a flash. Thank you very much. Other businesses can learn a lesson or two from them.
App stopped working a few days ago. Tried to get hold of them on the office number, what a mission. They just never answer. The after hours number is there for just that, after hours. Why do you have an office if nobody answers?
Had a current fiber line. Told me I can install a new line as I was unhappy with my current line. Special was new line with TV for x amount monthly. Called Vodacom to cancel my current line, said I cant get a new line they can only upgrade my current line. She advised and cancelled the new deal just to do the upgrade. Received my bill end Dec, they charged me for TV which I cancelled and never received. Yesterday they came to do the "upgrade". Just to find out I have no order number. So after speaking to 4 different people, explaining the situation, my wifi eventually works, but with the wrong line Mb. Just got a call from Vodacom now telling me that they see I cancelled my new line and TV yesterday....I was like....***. This was cancelled a month ago and we never receiced it. So now I am waiting to get my line sorted and my account to be credited for the TV installment. What a frustration to speak to so many different people, not getting anything sorted and then you have to stay on lines for hours.
All I can say is wow. Ordered the equipment, everything was installed and working in a week! Thank you for excellent service.
Dear Vodacom My wifi is still off since 29/09. You have replied on my previous message saying someone will contact me, which obviously did not happen. This is very very poor service. I am sad to say that I am part of your team as you do not look after your fibre customers. SR210929-118402 Please assist as this is very frustrating.
My fibre went off 24 hours ago. Umpteenth calls later and still no answers. Now on the line again and they tell me 24-48 hours later someone will contact me on resolving the matter. Which then, they have to make an appointment for a technician to come out. How is it possible for a big company like Vodacom to not be able to help? How long do I have to sit without fibre as it is for business premises. Tried to call head office aswell and no answer.
i bought a table by them and the side rubbers came loose after a few months. I contacted them about it and the did nothing about it. They also owe me a racking cloth and brush and also after how many phone calls en messages I still did not receive it
