Bad service and communication.I purchased something on the 24th January 2026 and have not received it yet and not heard anything from them.
I had an issue of not receiving the airtime that I bought about 2/5 weeks ago and finally I see it has been resolved.Thanks to them finally they managed to sort me out.
I called them in as soon as I discovered the problem after the big storm around 7pm or so and they were very effective and efficient when it came to communicating giving updates timeously and the technician was dispatched the following day without any hassles.I wish all businesses can be this helpful.Thank you METROFIBRE and VUMATEL.
I am being send from pillar to post for a mere R40 airtime .Cell C has not refunded me my R40 that I did not receive the airtime.I am being told that I need to produce a bank statement for them to proof that I bought the airtime and I spoke to my bank and yes the money was released to Cell C.
I buy airtime via the CELLC app and fine money out from my account and no airtime received from Cell C and I call in and I am told that the bank has not released the funds and call the bank money has been released and they say it might take up to 24hours to release the airtime and mind you I am in an emergency.Cell C is a **** and they do this all the time is just that today I thought that I will never leave this matter.

Take a lot does not want to refund me , hello Peter this is my 3rd or 4th review with the same matter but still Take a lot has not refunded my money back I am really frustrated with this whole thing they are emailing one thing everyday without helping me at all.They are refusing to refund me my R1374 I really need your help and intervention now.
I purchased 10sets of chefs knife’s and unfortunately my client was not happy about them and had to return them and Take a lot it’s refusing to refund me for the 6sets. They refunded the 4sets but are refusing to refund me for the 6 remaining sets
I purchased some stuff weeks back and unfortunately they didn’t meet my expectations and had to return them and they were returned in a good condition like I found them and now the problem is refunding them, I purchased 11 items and only 5 were refunded and the 6items are not refunded yet and I’ve been on their case like everyday and they don’t take me seriously and I did indicate to them I will be publishing this.If I don’t write an email to remind them they don’t communicate I am really experiencing the worst with Take a lot .I don’t know why is it taking so long to refund my money I mean they got their stuff back and they are still sealed and in a good condition.I am so annoyed and irritated by Take a lot.I want them to refund me as soon as possible.
I have wrote before regarding my refund from Snatcher and they still haven’t come back to me till now.Their stuff is reasonable and all however I don’t think I will purchase from them again because they even take longer to deliver the goods.And as for my refund I don’t know if they want to refund me or not.
