Exceptionally terrible service. I've been waiting for almost 2 months to get my line activated. Everytime I call I get a difference excuse, either I need to send line release reference, or Vumatel has two serial numbers for my Fibre box or I need to send proof address. I've lost count on the number of times I've sent supporting information. Keep on getting told my issue is escalated and I will get feedback but no one contacts me until I phone them. Service delivery is non existent. Whats app line has people that can only give stock standard responses that offer no resolve. I've been on hold for more than 40 minutes at a time and then the call just cuts.
I made a booking for my mum's birthday. When they arrived, the restaurant was closed - possibly due to loadshedding however no one bothered to even call to let them call. Pathetic, would probably give zero stars if possible.
I placed an order via the Mr Delivery app. The restaurant did not have what I requested and Mr Delivery changed my order without confirming with me first. Upon delivery the driver informs us the agent tried to contact us but failed to reach me. I have no records of any calls on my phone. I was extremely upset as my order was changed to beef, which I don't consume due to religious reasons and secondly I was charged for my original choice which is more expensive. Lastly, I've reported the issue on the app and got the standard email response but to this day I have not been called.
