again I say bad bad customer service after you buy the owner sybrand can't even reply to my previous complain on hellopeter it just shows tht he doesn't care we have a router machine with Mach4 software tht we can't use cause every time we have to go thr him to get the codes so before you buy make sure tht you hv full control on everything you buy
we wanted to buy a cnc router so we found a company tht sells them and best of all they are in south africa my fiance deposited the full amount for the machine we waited months for it everytime there were more excuses why it's not being delivered the owner then said he will do it himself again not true we waited again fr weeks eventually it was courierd I guess cause we only bought a small machine tht we are not top priority like his big clients great we got the machine now to get it working the owner needs to activate the software mach4 he has to get the serial key and codes you don't have any access to the software codes so when something happens to your pc you can't get it you have to go thru the owner and wait my fiance bought a better pc so we had to ask fr a new code the owner wasn't happy but he got it months after tht with this loadshedding the pc broke so my fiance bought a new laptop my fiance msgs the owner with no luck I've never heard anybody so rude to customers pls before you buy make sure you have full access to the software cause now our machine is just standing can't even use it cause we can't get the software codes from the owner 3dcnc africa customer service are bad the owner is a very rude person and nit friendly to help will not recommend them to anyone
people don't ever take out any policies at clientele we took out one plus minus 9 years ago we wanted to stop it and today they phoned and said we aren't getting any money back so now we loose all that money we paid fr all these years clientele you are sharks how can you not pay back any of our money never ever again will I use clientele for anyth and will tell everyone how ***** you are .

Again I bought contract phones that says we can claim the tab s6 lite and again the ppl at samsung can't even relpy to my emails this is now the second time in 2 years time that I'm on the losing side I'm a loyal samsung customer for years but now getting fed up with the bad service.
I bought a samsung s20 ultra on the 18th march 2020 my contract says i will receive earbuds my claim was sent in on the 19th march i received an email saying my claim has been received and my order number,on the 6th april i got an sms from samsung saying my buds has been given to the courier company i waited and waited nothing i emailed samsung and they replied tht there is a backlog in deliveries ok so i waited ive sent numerous emails with no reply today 3 September i phoned now they are saying the claim has been rejected cause my time ran out but i did receive all the paperwork to say tht they did receive my claim and the courier company has the orders i feel its unfair my claim was processed the right way and i have my proof saying tht my claim was thru ive been a samsung customer for years and now this problem never thought tht this is how samsung treats loyal customers
