I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from IIE Rosebank College regarding my request for a letter of completion. Despite numerous attempts to contact the administration, I was met with a lack of responsiveness and assistance. I completed my BBA degree last year in and required a letter of completion in order to further my studies and apply for jobs, However, my requests for this document were consistently ignored or dismissed. Mind you I have already missed two opportunities because I couldn't provide proof that I completed my degree... Tomorrow I will be missing another opportunity because still I don't have letter of completion. This is really unfair and heartless if I must say, I have been sending countless emails to Rosebank College but nobody ever gets back to me. I have been asking for this letter since last year December and the communication was sent out that the letters will be released on student portal on the 10th of February but still I haven't received any thing. Your incompetence lack of communication costed me two great opportunities and that's painful. It never gets better every year one has to complain because of the poor lack of service.
I am a student at IIE Rosebank College braamfontain ohh I thought I was, today when I tried to log in my student portal it says I'm blocked and when I tried to log in a query on RC assist it says my student number is not found, I'm also blocked on outlook for what I don't know... I'm sick and tired of IIE Rosebank College treating me like I study for free... I'm supposed to register for the last module of which it was not available in first semester, I was told that Economics 1B is only available for second semester now that I'm trying to register I'm told that my student number is not found. Why do I have to go through this every year?? This time around I'm going to expose them on social media.
hi, i am an online student at Rosebank college Braamfontein I've been trying to register for my outstanding modules but they blocked my account and I'm unable to access student portal/registration portal. I sent emails and no one is assisting or getting back to me, I've also tried to call but no one is answering the phone. honestly i am tired of this institute last year I registered me under a wrong semester and loaded wrong modules that resulted in me not being able to study. i sent countless of emails requesting refund they did fund me. this i have to go through the same thing thing? I just want to complete my degree and be done with Rosebank college ever since I registered to study on line it was nothing but a nightmare no communication.
I did my diploma with Rosebank College back in 2016 I never had issues with them until I graduated in 2019 I decided to do my BBA degree with them and that was the worst mistake of my life I regret everyday I've wasted my money and my time. I'm only left with six modules to compete my degree and earlier this year I decided to take a break since I was busy with a lot of things and I didn't have time, second semester that's when I decided to register for four modules I went to braamfontain rc campus so that the online admin department can help me with the registration since there's new registration system and I've never used it before I went to the campus at least three times, the first time I went the person who was helping me uploaded three modules on "stasy" that's what they call it and the fourth module was not on the system he then emailed the IT department for assistance and they couldn't find it on upload it also. I went to the campus again on the 29th of July that was the last day of registration when I got there the system was down and the guy who was assisting was not there, I then asked this other admin lady what must I do since it's a closing day? She said as long as the modules are uploaded then I shouldn't worry She advised me to pay registration fee of which is R3400 and I paid it. Following week I kept on doing follow up sending emails and no one was responding or getting back to me, I log in queries and they have never been resolved, I then emailed the financial department requesting for refund. Few days back I emailed the program success tutor that's when I was told that the modules that have been uploaded they are wrong modules, I sent them an email asking them what is the way forward and they didn't reply me even now, I've been sending emails since the first week of August up until today, I matter that could have been resolved so easily. So I just want them to cancel those modules and refund me my R3400 this is a lot of money that I've worked hard for. And they are trying to blame me for those wrong modules that are uploaded on the student portal whilst it is their admin who made a mistake. Studying with Rosebank College it has been nothing but a nightmare I can't wait to complete this degree, this college have put me through too much stress I don't even enjoy doing this degree and worse part is that I don't know where to report them.

The sooner I'm done with this Rosebank College the better... I've been sending emails with no response and the staff is very rude, I just want to to be registered for second semester I am the current student and I don't understand why they won't register me for a second semester... What's so hard about processing my application and load my modules?? I've been emailing them and asking them if I should pay my fees for this semester and send them a proof of payment but I guess some people just want to prove a point... I'm tired of these run arounds this is the worst college ever to be heard you first have to complain.
I studied my Diploma with Rosebank College in 2016 it was two years diploma and I completed it in 2017 and I have always experienced a bad service and we used to go to 11th floor as a group of students just so we can get their attention... Last year I registered for BBA online learning and it is the worst experience ever full time it was even much better. So ever since the pandemic started majority of us students have been struggling to keep up with monthly installment fees but believe me when I say we always make sure that the amount is paid up for going to the next semester. Back in 2016 when I was still studying my diploma our leader once told us that we are not really studying a diploma but in fact we are studying a higher certificate because the diploma is level 6 and the diploma we were studying it was level 5 and we were all shocked and disappointed... In 2018 I tried to register with other universities and they told me that they don't recognize the Rosebank College diploma. So last week I sent my application and they told me that they won't process my application but after two days I received an email saying I must send a proof of payment I then replied and told them that I haven't been paid at work at least process my application and put on pending and when I pay school fees I am going to send a proof of payment but I never got a reply from them. These people are heartless and all they care about is money, they don't care about the students... They take long to reply to emails and resolve issues. I am going to seek help on other social media platforms.
Not so long ago I wrote a review about Hollywoodbets and their poor service and after writing that review they got back to me and assisted me... I'm really glad they did and I hope they could improve their customer service.
I deposited R60 yesterday to my hollywoodbets account using their FNB account ever since then its been 24 hours and my hollywoodbets account hasn't been credited I have been trying to communicate with them and whenever I get hold of an agent they tell me to send proof of payment and I've been doing that... I've sent proof of payment to multiple emails and agents but still nothing, refund me or credit my account.
