Absolutely terrible experience. They lost one of my boxes in the move, there was no effort to find out what happened to the box, they took weeks and months to get back to me about this case and no compensation has been offered for me to replace my items. The whole experience of booking them and completing the insurance forms was shocking, their forms kept deleting my entries.
I took my car in today to get the break pads, tyres and chip in windscreen fixed. After not having my car from 7am until 4pm today, my car has been returned with the chip still in my windscreen. Nevermind that I got charged for it. I am now being inconvenienced and have to return my car for another WHOLE day.
Ordered a take away and paid extra for a burratta with my pasta. It was to my surprise when I arrived home that I had been given a regular mozerella which is more than half price cheaper! Absolutely unacceptable!
