I cancelled my DSTV subscription after the 2 year price lock contract had expired toward the end of last year. From February this year, debits keep going off my account, which I keep returning unpaid. The debt collection department keep phoning that I owe R246.13 to Multichoice. I phoned Multichoice Saturday 13 March 2021 at 10:10, spoke to Olwethu, @011 289 2222, she confirmed that I owe nothing, and my account is Zero. Reference 36147546-I18, (Please check your voice records) I am still being harrassed by the debt collectors. on 16-04-2021 I spoke to Zandile from TCR and she promised to escalate the matter, however the phone calls do not stop. And even more annoying is that they put down after 4 seconds. Today I received another SMS that TCR are authorised by Multichoice to debit my account with the outstanding amount, I phoned them again, and was assured that the matter will be escalated, again. I have also sent and e-mail to multichoice, to which I have had no reply. This apparently happens regulary, and people pay these small amounts to stop the harrasment, I am not going to do that. Your programming was becoming dismal with more and more repeats. I was never late with payments in all the years I subscribed! Please sort this out Urgently!
Bought a harness for our dog today. She is impossible to take for walks on the lead, as she pulls you all over the place. The harness is wonderful, her lead clips on the back, and she is as good as gold. Well done, money well spent.
I applied for a Covid loan in April, which was approved and paid out. I have been trying to get a statement of the account to see where the money was paid to for some time now. My personal banker, James Mentoor, does not get back to me. Complained on FNB's website, no responce. Please FNB, help here!
