It deserves less than one star! The Haval / Chery / Meg Theron Group Klerksdorp is the worst car dealer I have ever dealt with and the worst of all is, I bought from them before, without problems. In October we bought a Chery Tiggo 7 Pro and the entire experience has left a bitter taste. The car itself is phenominal and I love my car however the dealership is where the distatefulness lies. They lie, mislead and deceive customers and when you confront them with the discrepancies, they just ignore you. NEVER EVER buy from them, rather go to the car group directly.
First impression is wonderful. Booking online is easy enough. The price is good and they brag with "No hidden costs" etc. However, when you flight gets delayed, contacting them to make arrangements for the car rental, is a nightmare! All e-mails come from "noreply" addresses, the only telephone number is a UK number and there is no alternative communication options. The online form gets answered 2 days later with a "sorry but you did not show and therefore no refund will be given". I made the mistake of booking a second vehicle, thinking that the credit of the first will be transferred as it is for the same day, just a bit later in the day, but that did not happen and the R3800 balance payable at the rental desk, became R7500. They definitely have HIDDEN COSTS! Never ever make use of them.
Even the one star is too good for this useless department...they are only good for one thing and that is stealing money from law abiding citizens.
After numerous orders that took forever to reach us, I decided to stop ordering from Inuka however I have a consultant who decided to give it another go and on 20 August she placed an order to the value of R2390, which she paid out of her own pocket, as they do not have credit facilities. To this day she has not received her order and when you phone the Inuka call centre, they do not answer the phone. It does not help them offering amazing incentives, giving away cars, etc. if they can not even manage basic operations. I requested a refund for my consultant and I sincerely hope they give her money back. 2020 is a very tough year for everyone and her hard earned money should benefit her and not a company who obviously could not care less.
