Great service and I also got 50% off for the first 3 months because a friend referred me, she also got 50% off for 1 month on her premium. Was also given a discount for having multiple pets covered. The process was quick and pain-free. Keep up the great work!!!
Stay far far far away, all managing agents, trustees, and building managers. Andre from Avaprepaid promises the world in services and then they don't deliver. They are always late with payments (and that's if you follow up otherwise they won't do it). They still owe my building 2 months of water payments (from 2021!), they don't answer emails, and no direct way to speak to the accounts department. No one in the call center can put you through as well. I have tried everything, if you have a building in trouble that needs water meters DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY
Current rating 4/10 - should rather be 0/10. Call centre does not answer the phones, no one will assist you with any queries. Working from home is an excuse to not work at all it seems. Settled my loan in August 2021 we are in November 2021 now and they have just dropped my credit score because according to them it's still due. What a terrible place to do this to someone that is rehabilitating themselves after the pandemic and lockdowns we had. I didn't even take the 3-month break always paid in full. Yet when you just want to speak to someone and not a robot over the phone can't even get that. learned my lesson now. I'll go and sort this out in-store because clearly, that's the only place you can actually speak to someone.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is comment number 4765 their average was sitting on 1.34 which is laughable. I have not yet gotten the fibre but looking at this I'll rather look at different service providers. Called the line no one answering, 2 hours waiting time. Messaged the WhatsApp line no answer. seems like they don't have enough staff they should appoint more staff to assist. bad experience and glad I saw the reviews and service myself before proceeding.
0 Stars - this has to be the worst bank ever!!! You pay a lot for banking fees and then don't even get helped by the call center. In store no one can help you because only the call center can with certain things (which is crazy) because they just don't take your call. It seems like the service of customers is something seriously lacking and no one is willing to assist customers. I also didn't believe the bad reviews from everyone and changed my banking to them. Now I can assure almost everyone reading this you do not want to move over to this bank. You will never be helped in store, you wont be helped on email and you will not be helped by that terrible call center. Important to note that Capitec call center was never an issue and in the store people actually help you with what you require. think I'll be moving back.
