Horrible than Great service at Spur Columbine
Must say thank you for great service After experiencing a horrible episode at Roccomas the Glen manager have conducted himself professionally due waiter that made me wait for so long and after that still Tought that it is amusing We decide to come to Spur Columbine and wow No here is a gentleman by Waterford and Tina guys you should vissit this establishment Ask for Waterford and tina These guys are not only employees they are ambassadors for the brand I believe that the owners of the franchise see this review TO the franchise owner now here is people that carry the brand and live the Spur brand litteraly Again THANK you see you soon

<div>not imnpressed at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i had called on saturday (06-08-2022 again on 08-08-2022-AGAIN ON 09-0/-2022 AGAIN 10-08-2022) SPOKE TO A GENT SHAYLEN ....assisted me since i have been gin the run arouind of the issues of Capitec bank i have called and called i did not recieive my money !!!!!!!!! shalen supplied me with the codes(pin) BUT AGAIN I'm waiting for SMS !!!!!!!!! called hold on and been 1st in line to be answered by betway staff member no one flippen answer or they simply drop the call is this how you run your business ????????????????????????????? we support your company but when it comes to me getting my money your inadequate staff members does not assist !!!!!!!!!!! FFS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</div>

not everyday that I compliment an institution , BUT today I must admit that I'm pleased and HAPPY to be insured by THE KING all insurance companies (your competitors) are calling me for a better offer BUT.......your prices are the BEST no one can come next to your prices :) again thanks KING PRICE for the BEST service and especially in these difficult times and for always treating me like ROYALTY keep up the GREAT service best regards Grant

i have been in contact with altrack i have the greatest displeasure with them as they pulled my vehichle of yesterday and de-install the unit in a public road the guys could ahve been hi-jacked as they dont even answer their phones when calling them !!!
i have been in contact with altrack i have the greatest displeasure with them as they pulled my vehichle of yesterday and de-install the unit in a public road the guys could ahve been hi-jacked as they dont even answer their phones when calling them !!!! i would not refer anyone to do bussiness with them at all they fast to debit money out of accounts and to call odd hours of the night YET when the cars are not mobile they DONT call, im so fed up with all of the staff unprofessional , rude , no manners , wonder how this company have been operating for so long.....?!!!
