Mapula Mashikinya the consultant from Miway managed to assist me with something I needed to add on my insurance
On the 25th of September 2024 until to date my delivery has not been delivered to my baby sister in Bloemfontein. I have requested Pep to step in and assist including calling the contact center but I'm being taken from pillar to post worse part when the delivery was being processed I was not informed by Pep that they also have insurance. Just last week Vusi from Paxi processed a claim which even from today I have not received any sms from his line manager. I requested Pep through their social media accounts to assist and instead I'm being offered the number to call paxi. Even today I still have not been assisted. Companies or employees are really taking customers for granted and now I have send an email to NCC because woow. I'M EVEN DOUTING THAT MY THINGS WERE EITHER SENT TO PAXI BECAUSE I'M JUST NOT GETTING ANY HELP

Good day, I have joined Debt Solutions earlier April 2024 and they debited the agreed amount on the 20th of April. Yet they haven't paid any of the creditors.
In all honesty I'm annoyed with the service from NHf... Since last year I have been waiting and submitted the documents for the payments to be made. And only this month I'm being responded to but still no service has been done. Worse part I have sent documents that are required but I get a feedback that the documents cannot be opened Honestly speaking this company is unethical. The worst to ever deal with.
I'm highly disappointed in this insurance. Firstly i asked them to cancel certain products that were added on my insurance because they were debiting more money which they did but they ended up debiting for them in November. I did call asking for my refund and I was told that I will be Called back and even today I have been sending emails and no one has called me back regarding that matter. Now since October /November I have been sending my information from the previous insurer and they haven't been updating on their system now they have adjusted or increased my premiums and the most annoying thing about dotsure is that they do things without communicating with you. This is the most annoying company to deal with. I was referred but I regret joining. They're quick to wanting you to rate them. If anyone wants to join dotsure think twice. Your ticket gets closed immediately without them even calling you back. My goodness.
