I have been approved for FLISP and its been 3 months now. They claim that the funds have been paid to the bank on 18 March but they are unable to provide me with POP for the bank to allocate the money towards my bond account. They are not answering the calls and no one is responding to my emails. I am sooo frustrated.

I have had a bad experience with these guys thus far. I submitted my application in September 2024, since then I have not received any communication from them. I always have to be the one that follows up with them by calling and they keep saying they will escalate to the relevant department.. Every week is a new story. This is pathetic, why do you introduce something yet you can not assist the people on the ground. They keep saying the status is on Submitted. Yet no one is giving it attention.

I am writing here confused about the process and requirements when applying for zakhelikhaya home finance subsidy. According to them they say you qualify is you earn from R3501 to R 22000 per month.what is not clear is that do they consider a basic salary or net income. In my case my basic salary is R 20316, housing allowance R 1783.55, my deductions R 5850.79 and my net income ( what I survive with) R16249.76. but I was declined twice first application date is 25 January 2025 and the second 16 February 2025. E made my application at Elukwatini cash built

The National Housing Finance Corporation SOC Ltd is one of the most unsympathetic Government Departments, but there it's nothing new in our government employees. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever. We app**** for the funding six months ago with no feedback, what exactly is the hold up as all the relevant documents were submitted. One can never get an answer instead you are transferred from pillar to post until you drop the call. There is no positive outcome and the process is stressful. New employees are urgently required in that office.

The service rendered at National Housing Finance Corporations (First Home Finance) is very poor and *********,I've submitted all the required documents for the payment to be processed and subsequently made several follow-up checks, since 2022. My case hasn't been resolved since then. Is there a relevant department where we can lay our complaints and report ********* practices happening at that institution. I'm the first person who has experienced this bizarre experience. Please assist...There's *******ion taking place and we are suffering from this *********** and ******* individuals working there rendering a very poor and dismal service.

In all honesty I'm annoyed with the service from NHf... Since last year I have been waiting and submitted the documents for the payments to be made. And only this month I'm being responded to but still no service has been done. Worse part I have sent documents that are required but I get a feedback that the documents cannot be opened Honestly speaking this company is unethical. The worst to ever deal with.
