I bought my apartment through ZaProp and im not happy with the service i received. Part of the deal was FLISP application which they did for me. NHFC say they paid the funds to the Nedbank 3 months ago but up to this day, the bank is unable to allocate the money to my bond account as they want POP of which NHFC is unable to provide as they claim they meda a bulk payment to the bank.
I would like to complain about the service i got at Nedbank. NHFC has paid funds to the bank 3 months ago (27 March 2025) but the bank is unable to allocate the funds to my bond account as they need POP of which NHFC is unable to provide because they made a bulk payment to the bank.
I have been approved for FLISP and its been 3 months now. They claim that the funds have been paid to the bank on 18 March but they are unable to provide me with POP for the bank to allocate the money towards my bond account. They are not answering the calls and no one is responding to my emails. I am sooo frustrated.
