I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with BM Mobile in Gauteng. This is a warning to the public: do not take your car there, they are unprofessional, dishonest, and careless. I brought my car in for a smoking issue. It was still drivable when I left it with them. They told me it was a cylinder problem and claimed to have done a full inspection. They insisted they did the work but when I got the car back, it was in a much worse condition: The car now vibrates heavily It smokes worse than before It now has oil leaks It had no petrol, even though they said it was tested Before they would even give me my keys, I was forced to pay no proof of work(Pictures), no parts shown, and no paperwork. After I paid, Kea, who had been taking my calls, completely stopped responding. I had to go in person to collect the car. Their workshop was filthy and disorganised, with cars dumped everywhere. Then, as I was leaving, Tshepo suddenly told me not to take the car and that I now needed to pay more money for an engine overhaul. He kept trying to offer "discounts," which only made me more suspicious. I started to seriously doubt if they had even worked on my car at all, or if they just took the money and threw in random parts from other cars. Nothing they said added up. I ended up towing the car home at my own cost. It’s now in a worse state than when I took it to them. This entire experience has left me angry, hurt, and feeling ****med. I trusted BM Mobile and was met with lies, poor service, and total disrespect. They took my money and gave me back a damaged vehicle. Please, for your own safety and sanity avoid BM Mobile in Gauteng. Don’t make the mistake I did.
Pamela is an excellent assistant, did not even take her time to understand my problem. She went straight to the issue and made sure I am satisfied. I have been with KP for 3 years, and with such assistance, Il definitely go more years 🤗. Shes excellent and hope I get to speak to her on every issue or any change on my policy

This is my second review for this company that has a bad service. I took in my apple watch for repairs with a blue strip. They told me in a week that the watch wont work. I then requested them to bring back my watch. It took them 2 months to bring back my watch after countless calls and messages I have done. But the issue here is that, they brought only the watch without my blue strip and the box I gave them. They they then told me that It ddnt have a blue strip or even a box. I started getting suspicious that they might have sold it to someone for sure because that strip still looks brand new. I then started requesting for the strip to be returned as well. Till today, I have been waiting. It been 4 months now. Calling every week in out for a BLUE STRIP. Everytime I call then, they tell me “This week you will get it” “You will get it tomorrow” “Call us tomorrow before 10” what kind of business is that? A company that needs to be reminded of their own duties and responsibilities. They are very unprofessional and very untrustworthy. I don’t recommend any other human being or a robot to use their services. They lack in all departments of being a business.
The company collected my apple watch that was inside a white Curren box and it had a blue belt. They never finished the watched as they promised that they will in time. I had to do follow ups every day. Until the last communication, of which they said that they cant fix the watch. They said they will deliver back the watch. I also had to make follow ups on when my watch will be back almost every week for a period of a month now. I only got it today, and by surprise, I am only getting the watch without my box and the blue belt. They are now saying that the watch was taken without a belt and that is not true. Their service is very bad and untrustworthy as they never keep to their promises. Please help me get my belt back and the box as well.
Ordered my Samsung 24" Curved Monitor. Took about a week to be delivered. It Could have taken less time because the courier company (Fast Way) had shipped the order to the wrong province. With the help of Jaco, I managed to communicate with him through the emails and everything went as smoothly without even panicking. Thank and looking forward to doing more purchases with PC Link Computers
