I was billed twice for a report that I did not receive. Biggest **** as they don't have a direct client care line to contact in real time. DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION OR MAKE A PAYMENT AS THEY WILL DEBIT MULTIPLE TIMES
I leased a property from the agents Russel Potgieter who seems to be the owner of the property company (Mount Wine Properties administering these apartments. I fulfilled my annual lease and vacated on time as requested leaving the apartment very clean and in the same condition as when I moved in. He did the inspection after I had moved my belongings out a day before I was to vacate as I wanted to give the next tenant enough time to move in without bumping into each other. It has been 2 months now going onto the third month and still have not received my deposit back as he was satisfied with his report when I moved out. When I followed up on the issue, he then told me that he does not hold deposits for these properties the landlord Johannes Botes does. When I contacted the owner after he ignored my request for the contact number which i found in the copy of lease, the owner told me that I must call him the following week and he will decide if i am receiving it or not. That was after a month since I moved out. He then told me that the only way I will get my money back is for me to get a lawyer. They both had no complaints on the state of the apartment when I moved out and since have never texted me or alerted me on any damages. Since then, Russel Potgieter ********** has blocked me on his contact list and WhatsApp, a very ***** property company with bad ethics. He operates around Sandton, Paulshof and surrounding areas as Mount Wine Properties. Please be aware of this company and landlord Johannes Botes and rather seek reputable leasing agents

ABSOLUTELY LOST FAITH! on our first claim on a R7 000 part they fail cover and a manager was not interested on reviewing the matter as their warranty policy is misleading. HE WAS A VERY ERROGANT Afrikaans guy! When I raised an issue of a part number that needs to be replaced as it's the same part in their policy wording that the say they cover ,he then was dismissive and arrogant and refused to aknowledge that the part number has anything to do with what they cover. If then AMP does not recognize part numbers to settle disputes and claims then that how do they distinguish between the parts from manufactures. That means they can repudiate claims as they want, OEM parts are named by using part numbers. they turned and told me they won't cover my claim because the part the named on their policy didn't fail, but it's cable did. BUT my issue is if then the manufacture says the specific part numbered component needs to be replaced then should that not be a valid claim? as the cable is attached and labeled under that part number as it's supp**** and manufactured as a single unit. Any company that does not value good customer experience over a R7 000 claim reviews and rather have bad experiences claim and win arguments by telling you that they will not settle no matter the reasoning or facts one tables is definately a money making scheme not a reputable service provider. Which again means we should not buy extended non manufacture warranty covers and also avoid used car dealers that sell vehicles that are out of manufacture plans . These claims are not backed by dealers that sell these warranties when you purchase a vehicle which means the dealers are perpetuators of these false and unreputable AMP warranty providers as they also will not attend to your claim even a month after something goes wrong on the vehicle they sell as the point you to the warranty provider that will repudiate your claim.
I'm opening a case against Homii and sharing the details on social media so that people can see how much of a scam these fly by nighters are running. Total fraudsters who advertise what is not and avoid refunding unhappy clients by hiding behind ther untrained staff on premises. Leaving people without accommodation and money.
What a scam and a rip off, nothing short of fraud and totally misrepresenting their back room type apartments. The pics and on their website are totally misleading and to top it all off I wanted and paid online for a large bachelor with all that is advertised then I got there and there wasn't a single piece of furniture..No fridge No microwave..geewhizz. as I checked in. I immediately asked for a refund and they said they'll deduct 20% and it will take 21 days for it. That's how they make their money on the 20% as they know you'd immediately cancel after seeing their back room type apartments. And some of their staff told me that people always complain at all but head office doesn't care. Someone..Ombudsman..please take these fraudsters to task. Valencia..Cape Town
