I wish to alert consumers to the ******* practices of Safebase. I received a WhatsApp from OnAirTV about their services. I clicked on more information and they immediately started sending me WhatsApp messages welcoming me to Safebase. Furthermore, they mentioned that I should look out for a Debicheck mandate. I responded to the message saying that I was not interested numerous times with no response. It seems like their WhatsApp bot doesn’t receive messages. The company proceeded to debit my bank account WITHOUT a Debicheck mandate. This is ******* and I would like to warn consumers out there about this company
My claim was managed professionally by TUMI MAKINITA at the building insurance division. She followed up regularly and kept me informed even though I was distraught by the service provider appointed to perform the repairs
I’ve been a loyal Telkom customer for the better part of 20 years. I tried cancelling my landline with no success. Attempt to contact them were fruitless. I eventually got assistance at their Table Bay Mall where they confirmed that the account has now been cancelled and that there were no outstanding payments . This was in May 2024. To my surprise I received an SMS saying that my account is outstanding. This time I managed to interact with their WhatsApp bot but all it did was confirm that I am in arrears and I received an SMS confirming that someone will call me back. No one has called me back in my initial attempt to resolve this matter and nor now. Telkom, in its attempt to digitise its processes has lost sight of how to service it’s customers
I received great service from Meshen Chetty when he assisted me to get my car started. The service provider attended to the problem within the stated time. I’m a happy Discovery Insure customer
