REFUND PROBLEMS
I purchased two items online. One was delivered, but I had it returned since I wanted a different size. Their courier collected it from me weeks ago, yet the branch says they do not have the item and therefore cannot process the refund. The second item I purchased online was cancelled by the store due to no stock. I have been waiting for that refund for weeks now as well. When I call them they say they will get back to me, but no helpful feedback is given

Excellent Service
We recently approached Gate Motor Guru for a quote for a new gate motor. They replied promptly and were very reasonably priced. We proceeded to accept the quote and they replaced the motor for us very efficiently. They are professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
