I logged a call for electrical failure in my house on the 25/09/2025. We call city of Tshwane everyday but there is no progress. A technician was assigned the call but even today no one has come to fix the problem. We currently do not have electricity in the house for 6 days now.
I received an alert from TransUnion indicating that Tenacity has made a credit enquiry in my name without my knowledge or consent. I have never app**** for any credit with Tenacity. I request full details of this enquiry, including who submitted the application using my personal information.
I am writing this review with a heavy heart. I am very dissapointed at Hollard insurance. I took a policy for my grandmother with two mountains in 2017 which is now administered by Hollard. My grandmother passed away on the 03 November 2024. On my Monday 4th I called Hollard to inform them about the passing of my Grandmother, the consultant Leonard gave me a wrong email. The following day I followed up, I was given the correct email but till today the my claim is not paid. I had to get a loan to contribute to bury my grandmother. I thank God for Wisani burial that buried my grandmother with dignity. I called every single day the whole of last week, your consultants are very rude, one of them is Mojalefa.
I would like to thank Wisani burial society for the excellent service. Thank you for laying my grandmother to rest on the 9th November ka Maphata village with dignity. A big thank you to Mrs Chavalala in Giyani offices, she assisted our family with love and kindness. I am definitely joining Wisani. To the team that came for the funeral, the band, we are truly grateful.
