24 February 2023 Will never use this company! I upgraded my phone and with it, I got a tablet. Samsung arranged that it needed to be delivered to me through Courier It (provided all my details address and contact details). Yesterday evening (23 Feb 2023), I received a call from a man who I don't even know. He then told me that he has my package that a courier guy forced him to take 2 days ago. I was confused as to how could they just give him the package and I did not confirm to anyone that he can take it. The package is worth R6 000.00 and the Courier guy just decided to give it to a complete stranger. This neighbor (with a different address, street name and number) does not know me at all and I don't know him. I'm still waiting on feedback from Courier It regarding this as they want to first speek to the person who delivered the package. I will not recommend this company to anyone. If you are waiting for a package or maybe you used them to send a package, make sure that your package aren't ending up with a stranger because he or she may not be as honest.
We are busy working on a site (Sea Point), doing work for the City of Cape Town and this company is busy on the opposite side. One of the workers keeps on coming to our side, so we asked that he must leave our site and he starts to swear at us etc. I phoned the manager/ owner and advised him about the problem we are having. He told me he will sort it out, but he knows which guy I'm talking about because this guy always gives problems A big company like this that knows that someone is a problem should not send them to site is my opinion.
I would like to thank the guys at Time Watch Specialists for the fantastic services. I have a Michael Kors watch and two of dials were loose. I took my watch to them to see if they can fix it for me and how long will it take. On Thursday (27 Oct) I gave my watch in and the next day (today, 28 Oct) I got it back and it's fixed. Thanks for the quick and great service.
I have a Michael Kors Runway watch that I bought in 2012. I had the glass repaired in 2016 and they scratched my watch on the inside. After a straggle and 2 months waiting to get my watch back etc I have managed to sort it out. That was my first problem. Now the dial for the 9 and 11 have came loose (I don't understand how it can happen, but anyway) and want to send it in for repairs, but after emailing and phoning head office a couple of times etc to found out how much it will cost and how long it will take to fix this simple problem they only replied after 1 month with still no answer, just telling me I must send it to them. Finally the Tygervalley shop could assist me with a time frame. They told me it will take up to 1 months or more to fix the dials. The watches is not cheap but the service I get from them and the time frame you have to wait is ridiculous . This makes me want to not buy any brand watches from them again and I will not recommend them to anyone.
