Booking Dot Com car rental
Booking dot com is advertising cars with unlimited kilometers while they don't have agreement with car rental companies. After dropping a car, I had extra charges which Booking dot com refused to refund. They gave me stupid excuses. They don't even have email address to contact, they have a very difficult system to communicate. It has been back and forth but they don't own their mistakes. Book with car rental company and never use booking doc come.

BS contact center = Big Scammers contact center
I have been receiving computer recorded calls with voice stating (this is important consumer announcement, you might have fallen victim to reckless lending, press 5 if you want to find out). I got really annoyed with continuous calls so I pressed 5 for someone to call me. They called me. The caller's name was James which I suspect to be a fake name, I asked him the company name, he said the name of the company was (BS contact center). This name seems to be fake. They are using Cape Town number 021 745 0736. Watch out for these Scammers as they use computer generated numbers so they change continuously. Trucaller shows their number to be "Debt Review". They are really annoying.

Shill bidding
I am not sure about the purpose of this website. This website allows shill bidding which is unethical to any company pretending to sell items on auction. At one time, I wanted to buy a Hyundai Accent. I communicate with a seller to find out the amount they were looking for. I monitored the auction. The car was about to sell much lower that the owner expected. When I tries to bid, someone bid against me until close to that required amount. I left it for the contender. I saw this car being sold a number of times on this website. I reported the shill bidding practice but I notice the continuation of same pattern. I just gave up on mycars.co.za. I will never use this website to purchase a car. They are not serious.

Chill bidding

Outsurance - Insurance claim
I insured my Hyundai Accent on 24 December 2019. On 3rd January 2020 they attempted to hijack me as I drove off and ended up into someone's house. My car was insured only for 10 days but they covered me and they repaired the house I drove into. This company deserves 5 stars.

Capitec loan
Loan issues I took from Capitec for certain amount of months. During lock down. They sent me an email indicating that the bank wanted to extend the months of my loan to be extended. I objected it immediately. They changed anyway. I made a lot of phone calls and a lot emails. No one wants to take the responsibility. Including their head office. Everyone I spoke to sounded like a programed computer designed specifically to serve certain purpose. The only solution I was offered was rescheduling my loan for their misdeeds. Capitec is excellent on day to day banking but pathetic on loans. They know what I am talking about as they have all the emails and recorded phone calls.

Pre recorded Computer calls
I am receiving computer recorded calls on continuous basis. They are so disturbing that sometimes you will leave your work to answer call just to find out is Clientele legal computer call. This is the worst form of advertising.
