I will never order from ONE DEAL A DAY AGAIN
I cancelled my order before it was shipped allready on 8/4/26. No follow up as yet and it is 29/4/26... they do jot reply gia mail or whatsapp... Despicable customer service to say the least!!!0 replies

Order missing but stated as collected...
I ordered via Bash from The Fix Centurion mall on 13/12/25.I was not around to collect my order from The Fix Centurion mall. In March 2026 they said my order was collected on 18/12/26 and I never received an update on my order being collected up until today... I was refunded but I still wonder who collected my order???? I will NEVER order via Bash from The Fix Centurion mall again...I smell a rat...1 reply

Unable to lodge a new claim
I tried to lidge a new claim on 5/1/26 and was on the line for 20 minutes and still did not get the help to lodge it. No call back of sny kind afterwards. Called again on 8/1/26 and asked for the manager's contact details. Was promised she will contact me to *** as yet up until 12/1/26. ********** customer service1 reply

My monthly payment for my car insurance was made via a link send by Virseker
My monthly payment for my car insurance was made via a link send by Virseker. I was not told that it takes 7 working days for the payment to reflect. Now they relentlessly send me mails to make the payment to "still be covered" even after I phoned the call centre to inform them of the payment that was made. I even rep**** to their mail with the proof of payment. This is really unacceptable!1 reply
