I've been paying for almost 4yrs for a unit in Kzn which closed down which was not within my control, now I'm offered the only other option which costs 3 times what I've been paying, I had no options to cancel due to affordability, I'm advised I will not be refunded
Great assistance and service I received pertaining to my claim, turn around time was short, there was just a slight miscommunication in relation to photos I already submitted, however I received a non-corporation email.
VW Bethlehem always finds a way to always milk money out of me, this is a second incident. I took out an easy drive service plan which I paid for a prior year, only to find out when I got to the dealer on the day, my car could not be serviced, mind you I drove 60 odd k's to them, despite calling beforehand in confirmation of the service booking.
I placed my online order#1230025469 for an Explora3 on Sun Jun 21 11:46:47 SAST 2020, little did I know I would not receive my order let alone my refund. There was a delay on delivery of the order which was understandable at the time due to the C-19 pandemic, I then requested for a refund instead. To date 15Sep20 I am still awaiting for my refund, I keep following up telephonically weekly only to be told that my refund request is still with refunds department.
