I've written a bad review about this weak company about a month ago. I simply hate this company. They call you for their money but don't deliver the goods. Then they debit you for the undelivered goods. Atrocious, horrible, fraudulent.
I'm being debited every month for three months for a tracking device which was never installed. This is fraud.
Today I was man handled by the Center Management staff and security because I was persistent to sanitize at Dischem and not at the entrance of the mall. The security guard at the main entrance man handled me while on my way to Dischem to do my shopping there. After paying for my shopping inside Dischem, I was confronted by three extremely hostile management security team who used vulgar language and threatened me with physical violence. I did not engage them and left Dischem store and the Westgate shopping mall very shaken and disgusted. The three followed me as I left the mall still shouting and threatening me in full view of patrons. Why are we forced to use the disgusting sanitiser at the entrance when I choose to use the better sanitiser at the entrance to Dischem? Why do security want to beat me up for my choice of sanitizer as a patron and customer? I'm highly disappointed with the centre management staff for ill treating patrons and their gangster type of security!!!!

Tonight at around 8pm I was subjected to victimisation and racism by one of your nursing staff. I'm a patient in ward 15, room no18. The incident played off in the following manner. I called for assistance to enquire about my drip, whereupon the male nurse on duty responds in a terribly abrupt and rude manner and goes on to make racist remarks about my ethnicity as a coloured person. I have no idea why he responded to my call in this manner, but I was shocked and horrified that I had just became a victim of what I only read about. This nurse did not even take a look at the aforementioned drip, but instead stood at the nurses station hurling further abuse in front of his colleagues, trying to make an impression on them at my expense. My second complaint is about the non compliance by the kitchen staff on food delivery. I was identified as a diabetic by means of a yellow tag on my arm to ensure that I'm not served starches which would spike my blood sugar levels. Without fail, each meal served had a starch and lots of salt. The objective of maintaining a low blood sugar level is defeated each time. I have resorted into starvation because the food is pathetic. My healing process is extremely slow due to me not able to consume from your kitchen. The doctors here are also secretive, they don't give me any information about my prognosis when I question them. Most of Your hospital staff has poor standards and may I add, racist toward other races. I find it extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I am also talking to the media about this and I hope that you would call this particular male nurse to order. I do not know his name, but he came on duty around 6-7pm. His disregard and disdain for older people of colour is astounding and must be seriously addressed immediately before he does the same to someone else.

This is my second review of Windle Funerals, who are still one of the poorest for service, administration, business etiquette, poor service levels. I have complained to the owners directly on several occasions, but to no avail. They don't and probably never will offer any apology for the horrible treatment I was given. Nor will they try to retain me as a client. I want to express my utter disgust in this company.
