This is an investment **** that seems very legit. Website, telegram group with members claiming to make a lot of money. Very helpful as well. No Facebook or reviews on them anywhere. They just keep asking for money. Don't invest you will not see your money again.
Booked in a Samsung S8 at the Centurion branch to repair a flickering screen. This was according to them caused by a cracked screen. After we received the phone back part of the screen started to flicker again, shortly after a line appeared on the screen. Took the phone back to the Centurion branch and told them that the screen flickers intermittently and at the stage the screen did not flicker which was difficult to show them, but according to them it was caused by a line on the screen that was apparently pressure damage. Keep in mind the line appeared after the flickering started. I told the guy that the phone was not dropped at all and the screen was not cracked. He said the screen must have been pushed or we stood on the phone. How in the world do you stand on a phone without cracking the screen. I took the phone and told them my husband would go back. When my husband took in the phone same story, but they booked the phone in for a technician to assess. They keep on stating that the line was caused by pressure, and we keep explaining the line is not the issue the flickering is. This is what the phone went in for and repairs were paid for. They escalated to Samsung that needed to communicate with us, which is a problem as they work on photos and do not have the phone. We are still awaiting the last response from Samsung. Went back to WeFix on Friday to speak to them. They said that do we want to take back the phone as it has been sorted, we said that it has not been sorted as Samsung never answered us back. We stated that this is not Samsungs problem as our warranty is with WeFix not Samsung, Samsung did not repair the phone. They said well we voided the warranty and they have offered us a discount on repairs. We stated to them that we did not void the warranty as per the warranty conditions of WeFix states: ". 3.2. Our warranty will be voided if someone else repairs the device, or if it is damaged after we have repaired it. Device damage that will void the warranty includes dents, cracks, burns, scratches, liquid damage, viruses, and malware" I asked them to please show me this on the phone and they can't. They keep showing me the line on the screen, which we told them numerous times is not the problem and that is not any of the conditions mentioned above that voids the warranty. There are no dents, cracks, burns or scratches that voids the warranty. The first time they repaired the phone they said the flickering was due to the screen being cracked. Now it still flickers and there are no cracks on the screen. I requested to please speak to the manager which the lady said that she is the manager. I then told her to please give me the number of her senior. She then just left the desk. I requested from the gentleman that was still there to please provide me with her seniors number and he stated that the manager has gone to call him. She returned after a while and said that she spoke to her regional manager and that he will phone us back now. I asked her to please provide me with his number and she just said no he will phone. I asked when he will call as i wanted to know if i could leave the store and she said now. 2 hours later just before 5pm i phoned the branch again as we had not heard from the regional manager. I requested to speak to the manager again and i was informed that she had gone home. I asked to please give me the regional managers number and the gentleman said that he did not have his number but he will send him an email to say we are waiting for his call and he will get his number from the manager and then phone back and give us the number. Yet we are still waiting for his number and his call. This is really ridiculous. WeFix does a botch job, blames it on damage they fail to prove and then does not bother to get back to the customer. I tried to sort it out with them directly, but they could not be bothered hence my review. I am definitely as the customer not going to keep phoning them to do a job they get paid to do. What a joke.
If there was a minus star rating i would have used it. The worst experience ever. I ordered and paid for a pair of pants 31 January 2019. To date still haven't received anything. I keep asking for an update on my order via email and they keep sending me an automated response. They have a whole story regarding Covid that started in December 2019 that is delaying the process. Why on earth were they then taking in new orders end of January when they new about the problem in December already. The contact nr does not exist that is displayed on facebook. Eventually got hold of someone on Facebook messenger today. Still the same story with regards to Covid. Told them i will be laying a charge of theft as they took my money and i still haven't received my order. They said i must please send the charge via email. I asked for the email address that i must send it to that they actually respond to, they did not give it and surprise blocked on messenger. This is the worst place ever!
