Airtime top-up takes forever
Good Day, I bout MTN Airtim on Thursday 14th Oct 2021 which is still not reflecting to my account. When i spoken to customer care on Friday they 1st refused to open a ticket, upon asking for reference number they open and close the ticket at the same time. Dear Customer, Your query 1-9701392410 has been opened. Please contact call center if you require more information. Thank you for using MTN. Have a Y’ello day. On the same day, again called customer care seeking for an update, they generated another ticket and yet no update. Dear Customer, Your query 1-9701956217 has been opened.
