I still do not have my car - Month 7 Who can assist No relief No courtesy car No car payment relief Help
My car went in for repair November 2923. I have had to R180 000.00 for Jag /LR to commence the repair. My monthly installment is 17 738.95. They say the part for my car has to be manufactured. No courtesy car. I have written and called the SMH Group and jag Landrover South Africa. To no avail
I am at my wits end. I subscribed to Tracker in 2000. Signed a debit order. Premium went from R 99 to R221-93. Tried to cancel this debit for years. Since lock down I tried again. They have taken my subscriptions since 2000. I terminated my subscription. I have called, I have written, I have emailed I whats app called the lawyers they assigned today. Not response. When I call customer care they cannot assist they will not give me a name a phone number I can call. I have been on the website - looking for a number I can call. I then called the Ethics line since in my view their deduction of me fees is fraudulent - the people who answer the calls will not reveal their identity . I have screen shots I have copies of my mail. This is insane. Please help. They said I need to contact them 6 - 8 weeks They cannot and do not make outbound calls ETHICS LINE Spoke to Jacob Sithole - he said he would file my report in 24 hours We got cut off I am going I called back mad when I spoke to cusoter care they say they have handed me over to lawyers Today I received an SMS to say that a diffeent law firm now has my account.
