24 January 2024, I was a approach by unidentify agents in front of Capitec Andries Street Pretoria CBS. They stop me and offer me a free groceries plan for my family.They took my details and make me confirm my details on the phone. The agent said I will get a call from they company if I qualify. I never received a call instead I received a sma with a policy no 70001914679. A policy was issue without my knowledge I was scanned by Clientele Agent. Chronic medication not delivered

Medical negligence
My local GP referred me to a specialist at the above institute to remove a cataract. This procedure is to advance my vision. Specialist Dr.*hiding* his name for now. The operation was scheduled for Wednesday, I was administered with local anesthetics on my right eye . After the operation the special said the procedure didn't went well because I moved during procedure which didn't make sense. I was scheduled for the Friday the same week for the same procedure. This time they will administered General anaesthesia put me to sleep. I was admitted in hospital for a day. Next morning I couldn't see through the eye, it look like worms floating around. The specialist said after it cleared my vision will restored. I went back after month still vision is not back. He scheduled me for a Lazer operation, after month my vision not back. He said it due to my uncontrolled diabetes. Now the excuses started one after the other. He scheduled me for three injections to be administered in the eye at cost of R520 per injection, have pay out of my pocket his assistant said the medical aid doesn't cover for it. I am still blind and my other eye is getting weaker. My son is my guide at night cause I cannot see. I tried to renew my licensed, they advice never drive again. I cannot work at night. My life was better before the operation. I promised I will find a way, The specialist messed up and he was trying to cover his back with his medical terms. I am coming for you dr. you know me. I going to expose your practice.
