Dear sir /madam I am writing this review because i am very unhappy with this business as they are unreliable. My husband has paid R1840.00 for a mirror for my vehicle on 17 March 2022. The mirror was ordered by them as there was jo stock in the store at that time. Every time i call to enquire whether the mirror came they said no they are still waiting. On 19 July 22 mirror has still not been received and we asked for a refund. The person we spoke to goes by the name Sydney said that the money will be paid into our account by the latest 19July22. Today it is 24 October 22 the money has still not been paid into our account. This person keep on saying the money will appear soon. I phone again today afte numerous times and he said the money will reflect after 7pm tonight as he payed the money in on Friday afternoon from an nedbank account. We have a absa account. It has been months and i still haven't received a part of my money back. I dont knw what the delay is but my vehicle still doesn't have a side mirror. I feel that they should compensate for all the airtime i spent to phone them also because they never even phoned us to say that they are struggling to get the part or what the case is withing the refund.
Good morning So today i have this issue with multichoice. There was a promotion going around where they give u a new explorer for free when you let them put you on a debit order for the montly installments and is said yes. However, on the day that the installer came he explained something totally different to me so i cancelled. The installer left with everything and nothing was installed in my house. I payed my dstv installment on 28th February 2022. Then on the 1st of march the debit order also went off for the R741.00. When this happened i went to the bank to reverse the order and also block them from taking any other debit orders in future as i cancelled the contract. So few days after this my dstv was cut and they sent a sms saying that they did not recieve my payment. I called the customer service and explained to the person what happened. The lady said she will re connect my dstv after the call the dstv was still off. The next day i phoned again. Explained the same thing all over again to someone else and the dstv was back on. 5days later the dstv was off again. Oh and they said that someone will call me back within 72hours. No one untill today has contacted me from dstv. I went to dstv n1 city and explained myself all over again. My dstv was back on again. Only to be off again 5days later. I called again same thing happened. I was put back on. I went back to dstv yesterday as my dstv was cut again. They put it back on again. Today when i woke up the dstv is off again. I am literally fed up with the poor service that i am getting from multichoice. Its taking time and wasting my money! I went twice to multichoice and i phoned more than 5 times and wait long for them to answer and they still put me on hold. O have almost spent alot of airtime and wasted my minutes. And its almost time to pay the new installment for the new month. But i had interruption service for this month of march.
So I bought a tent on Tuesday 2 March 2021. That same day I went to visit my grand mother as it was her birthday. I was so excited about this tent I told my uncle and he said no but its too expensive. He said game have better deals and I could borrow his tent for my camp till I get this deal. So I decided to take back my tent to shoprite. I didn't even take it out of my car. Coz Im not gona open it. On the 5th March 2020 which is today, I take my tent back to get a refund. The customer service lady said she need to check it first. So when she checked it it appears to be used. So now I can't get my money back as it was used before. Firstly I told them I did not use this tent. So this means that I naught a tent that was used before from their shelves that has been used for full price.? Why did they not check the tent before I left their store when I bought it? But as they so eagerly want 2 check it when I bring it back. Now it seems as I am a lier and a cheat?? This I found very humiliating.
Poor service Unprofessional My name is Jolene. I bought a washing mashine from ok parow a litte over 2 years ago. It is a defy twin tub washing mashine. I bought it cash and took out extended guarantee. For a extra 2years. This was highly recommend by the store assistant. So the mashine broke a few times asn defy came out to fix it. The 2nd time it broke again and they said it haf to be fixed. The third time it haf to he fixed again now it is four times same problem. The technicians came out and said that the moter jamed again within 24months that it was repaired. He replaced it and by doing this he asked for vaseline to use as a lube for the noise that the mashine makes. Also the staff cant help you because they dont hand over ylur case when they not in. Making promises that they will call back but never does. They have so much attitude when you go on for pending all your airtime on them. Still my mashine is not working 100% for the past 4weeks nw. Everything is delayed to monday or friday! They dont follow up. Only to talk to the regional Manager 4weeks after and promised to call me back on monday only. So to submit a new claim? I mean why do i have insurance?
