I'm receiving dozens of spam calls from these parasites every week. Blocking doesn't help, as each call comes from a new number. This is borderline harassment at this point. Sort out your system andgive us an option to remove our number from your list (as is legally required) or I might just be perry enough to consider legal action. Look at your other reviews. Everyone hates your company, mainly because of your slimy marketing. I couldn't even see anything about your services, because people dislike your inital approach so much.
Their customer service is awful. I need to get a new card before the current one expires, but good luck trying to find a kiosk to do this. There were plenty of shops with kiosks in my area when I signed on a few years ago, now there is only 2 according to their site, yet nothing in store when you make the effort to go there. Contacting support is useless, they tell you the same thing that is on the site, even after I inform them that I have been to the locations and there are no kiosks. Sending them an email is even worse, you'll get a response 24 hours later, however it will just be a template not addressing any of your questions. I'm now forced to close the account, as I won't be able to get a new card when the current one expires at the end of the month. Even for that, I'll have to call a premium number and God knows how long that will take. Rather stick to the big banks people, definitely the lesser of two evils. You will at least be able to renew your card and get assistance when needed.
Hands down the worst ISP I have ever used. Get used to being offline more than online. There are constant hardware/technical issues that take weeks to get resolved. We have spent weeks offline at a time more than once and God help you trying to reach support. They have made working from home a nightmare and I'm done with them causing me more stress.
Hands down the worst ISP I have ever used. While they offer decent packages, should you ever need assistance or any form of customer service regarding billing or connection issues, you are out of luck. They only offer a WhatsApp bot to solve issues, which is completely useless and of no help at all. When I request to chat with a service representative via WhatsApp, I am out in a queue for close to an hour with no help. Then I'll get a message that all of their representatives are busy, but that a request has been logged and someone will contact me as soon as possible via WhatsApp. After the 25+ times I have tried, I have not been able to reach a single person and have not been contacted a single time. The only way to get someone to look into your issue is to put the company on blast on their Facebook page and then someone might get back to you. I am not on Facebook, but was lucky enough to have a friend assist me with this. Now he has to be the middleman and relay messages between myself and Webafrica. I am the account holder, I pay for this service, yet it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anyone to assist me. Their online customer portal is also completely pointless. I was struggling for weeks to arrange to have my fibre line moved to my new home, but kept getting a message that "a technical error has occurred, please contact our service team" once I completed the form. As stated earlier, this is not possible, resulting in me not having an internet connection that is essential for my work during lockdown. This also means that the line is still active at my old home and I am still being charged for a service that I have tried to cancel multiple times and cannot use. To add insult to injury, Webafrica has also charged me twice for this month... My friend was able to get someone to finally get a response by complaining on my behalf via Facebook again (after about a week of waiting for a response) and a credit has subsequently been added to my account. I am however willing to bet that I will still be charged come month end, meaning I will have to ask him to contact them AGAIN via Facebook, as they seem to have no interest in communicating with their actual customer. Should you be looking for an ISP, please be advised, while their packages and prices may be reasonable, DO NOT make use of Webafrica. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
