Still haven't received my deposit from Amantle Properties. This is so unprofessional.
I moved out at Capital Heights in December 2022. I informed Rina and Unike who never responded to any emails. I request for my deposit to be paid out in 21days as per contract but it's two months now and I haven't received any response from Unike who Rina claims that she is the one handling that area of business. The management at Amantle Properties are so unprofessional. Pleas assist me to receive my deposit
I am staying at Capital Heights and I have been harassed for to pay a rental increase that I was not informed about and also i didn't not sign for it. I would have moved out long ago if I was informed. Rina send me an email in Oct 2022 saying I must pay more and I refused to pay more because I have explained to her that I didn't know that the rent went up. OFentse call me and I asked her to call back at 14:00 and she never came back, then Barend send me a WhatsApp today 21/11/2022 saying I must pay the arrears and I also explained to him. I'm paying this ppl every month and on time, but keep harassing me for their own mismanagement. They causing me a distress. This is unfair practice and harassment and one deserve this kind of brutal treatment. I'm moving out in Dec 2022 and I hope they will give my full deposit as per our signed contract. Please assist that they stop harassing me as am paying them every Monday correct.
I had an extended service plan cover with, and the agent was speaking fast, I was cover for 80k_100k km or Jan 2021 whichever comes first. Now both have come an end and they say now my premium cannot be stopped because it is bonded to my car installment until it is paid for and they do not cover me, really who wants to do that. First I did not received the contract any their sale. I asked them to stop the debit order and they refuse. The agent didn't explain Effectively and didn't send me a contract, I was not asked if I am comfortable to speak in my language. They need to stop the debit order because I didn't not sign anything.
I had a 5 years investment with metropolitan life. They never gave me a statement even once. When I ask the consultant that was assisting me with the policy he always had excuses. I started paying R700 the first year and it was a 5% fixed yearly increase until its maturity. The consultant told me that funds will be around 80K when it matured. Guess what I recieved 35k this month on the 1st when it matured . I actually paid more than I could recieve. I mean this is a day light robbery and it's a crime. I asked the consultant why I received so much low money and he said I must Google the head office email to log my query just imagine. I really need my statement and the full explanation on how can I pay more and get less returns. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They taking advantage of people. They need to give me all my premiums back.I need my money back Please assist urgently.
After 3 call back request on the 15/09/2020 the gentleman call back and he said he doesn't have a mandate to reduce a premium and he escalated to the senior consultant. On the 16/09/2020 Lerato Mathabe call me and she said that she cannot reduce my premium and she didn't gave me a reason. I told her that I really need for my premium to go down because my finances were affected in a big way by pandemic as we know that the whole world was affected and she refused. I have been a loyal client since 2013 and I was really treated unfairly. This is unfair and unprofessional practice. I think they are taking Advantage of the vulnerable clients and they don't care how they treat them. Please help urgently. Policy number 240674xx
