I ordered a kitchen sink feom Makro online on 11 December 2025, which was guaranteed for delivery by 18 December 2025, order number OD436232963858983100 The failure to meet this commitment is unacceptable, as I had contractors on-site whose work is now on hold due to the missing unit. This delay is resulting in additional labor costs on my end. This is so unprofessional particularly from such a big company. I have been calling your institution, however, all I get is that they have escalated the matter with no resolution. This is so frustrating considering you had sufficient time to deliver this item. I take this as a serious insult from your end, this shows a huge disrespect and no empathy for your customers. I require an immediate resolution. If the item cannot be delivered within the next 24 hours, I will be forced to cancel the order for a full refund and source the item from a competitor. I expect a call or email regarding this matter by the end of business today.
I don't understand why it is an issue to grant the clearance letter after having sent all paid-up letters. When I call, I am told that the person responsible for my account is on sick leave and I must wait for her to come back from leave. This is so unacceptable because she is not working alone in the office. This is supposed to be delegated to her colleagues so that service delivery is not at halt. I don't understand why it is always a mission to close up the account and issue the paid-up letter. This is one of the companies I will never recommend to anyone because of the service I have received.
I am very frustrated by the service Lendcor/ Kanga Finance is offering. I paid up my account and it was a struggle to get the paid up letter. Suddenly I am told that Consumer Friend is now handling my account and I need to get a paid-up letter from them. When I enquired with consumer friend I was told that kanga finance gave me an incorrect settlement amount which is way higher than what i was supposed to pay. Now that the settlement was made to kanga finance they still have not contacted or paid consumer friend on my behalf so they can close the account. This is a very frustrating knowing that someone is not doing his/ her job properly at the expense of the customers.
I am very dissatisfied with the level of service from Debt Busters, I have shared with them all the paid-up letters, however it has become a mission for them to send me the clearance letter/ certificate. I have been taken from pillar to post for just a mere paid-up letter. I don't understand why it is difficult to issue the clearance letter after having share paid up letters with them. Instead, I am being told about the accounts I settled more than 5 years ago. This kind of service is honestly unacceptable, and it shows how inconsiderate debt busters workers are.
If there is one thing I regret doing in my life is taking a building loan with Lendcor who's new name is Kanga Finance. I took a building loan of R30000.00 in March 2021 and the capital balance was R35980.00. June 2022, Kanga Finance sent me a sms with a balance of R28068.07. Today (12 December 2022) when I wanted to settle the account the settlement amount is R42046.87. I have been trying to contact their offices the phone just goes straight to voicemail and I requested for a detailed statement from their website to date I still have not received the statement. This is the worst and pathetic service I have ever received and I have decided to report this company to CREDIT OMBUD. Instead of the principal debt to decrease it keeps on increasing, there is definitely inconsistency and I am fed up with this organisation.
It is very disappointing that at STADIO they take their students for granted. Despite the follow-up emails I have been sending since the 3rd of June for a second opportunity for an assessment I could not submit as I was sick, to date I still have not received any communication from the school. It is sad that I made sure that my tuition fees are up to date but they are failing to do just a simple task "proper admin support". If one was to to ask me if I can recommend STADIO, at this point I would not recommend the institution to anyone due to the level of service I have been receiving from the institution. The most unfortunate part is that these delays does not only have a negative financial bearing but also they need to take into account that this is our career they are compromising.
I am very disappointed with STADIO, I paid all my tuition fee of R39470.00 in 2021. However, I still get statements saying that I owe R24570.00. I have queried this with the institution but no one is assisting. Can someone with similar experience assist please as I fear that I will not be registered for my second year in PGCE.
Can someone please assist me get registered in this institution, I have submitted everything but have not been registered. everytime I must either go to the campus if I need feedback on the status of my application which does not make sense. Andrishen as appointed to be the one assisting me but he does not even respond to my emails I have to go see him personally if I need to be assisted. I applied November 2020 but this has not been finalised as yet and the classes are to resume beginning of April.
Can someone please assist, I have been telling old mutual to do their debit on the 25th of every month since December 2020 however, they are still deducting on the 23rd of every month. Recently they sent me a debicheck to confirm the 25th as the deduction date but I am still being deducted on the 23rd/ 24th of every month. this is so unprofessional and will cause me problems in a case where I have no funds in my account.
I'm am very disappointed with this institution, I've been trying them to get them registered on my employer's database so they will be able to pay my tuition fees, no one has responded to my emails despite numerous follow ups I've made. This is very disappointing especially from an institution I had so much respect for.
