You wouldn't have any customers if you didn't have better benefits than other insurers. YOu use these benefits to lure customers in but end up giving the WORST service to them. Your internal processes fall short and hopefully, when you are audited, your auditors can investigate how a customer pays for their policy but isn't credited and then their policy is subsequently canceled. You lack integrity to admit to mistakes and try to make it right with the customer. Do better!
This is my go to plant shop. I have always received exceptional service, quick deliveries and quality plant goodies. I have bought 4 carnivorous plants and 2 orchids - They are healthy and thriving:)
The only reason I am still with you is because of the fantastic internet services you have, but man...your customer service is absolute ****!! I called and waited on the line for 10 minutes to have someone give me another number, to then wait for that person to tell me I needed to call another person. Seriously, please respect your customers and their time! Do better and be better.
This is a fantastic business to support. I have always received quality items and timely support if I needed anything. I have been ordering from them for over a year and I’ve probably ordered over 24 times now. Not once have I received bad service or goods Please keep it up, you guys make my heart and lungs very happy.
Their sales department is AMAZING..., but that’s exactly where it ends and that’s the problem. I had the worst experience with this company winding up my late mother’s estate - They would communicate with only one heir and asked us to relinquish our rights to anything my mom left to us, because they were biased. However, this was not the worst, they did not have the professionalism competency to wind up an estate of this complexity, their wills are set up in a weird way and depending on how you are married it could have a huge bearing on your will - None of this is explained, because the sales reps aren’t Estate administrators. The policy looks great, but think about the long term repercussions of getting a company that sends sales rep with absolutely no knowledge of how to administer an Estate to do their business.

The service is amazing! I submitted my claim last night after taking my baby to the vet and this morning the claim had been finalised and I had received my breakdown. You guys ROCK!! This was my first claim and so I was worried that the process would drag out as it usually does with claims, but alias you are different. Ps. They sent him a get well soon card via email ❤️ The most thoughtful pet insurance.
