Never use FedEx if you sent a parcel from abroad.
I have been contacting FedEX since 28 April 2021 with regards to a second hand book sent to me from California. It is now 26 May 2021. I am struggling with FedEx to release the parcel and after various calls and emails, I've given them my correct Cell phone number, I've given them my ID number, etc. Today, I received an email stating that if I do not reply within 3 days the parcel will be sent to be destructed. PLEASE do not use FedEX!

Even though Amanda Snyman, Travel Expert for Flight Centre, is based in Durbanville, I make use of her services for all my bookings via email, from Bloemfontein. Her service is impeccable. She's always friendly, always prompt and always offering a variety of choices. Great job Amanda!

Brilliant - Simply the best!
We have several properties that Petru Botha Eiendomme lease on our behalf. They've not only been in the business for years, but they are reliable, honest, trustworthy, committed and precise. No stone is left unturned to make sure that both owners and tenants are happy. Once the tenants report a fault, it is dealt with, within minutes where possible. I have never seen anyone get 26 hours of work done in a 24-hour day, like Petru, Linda and the rest of the team. They not only take care of rentals, but are also a great agency to sell property. They are SUPER!

Frogfoot Fibre: Does the company still exist?
We've been trying through our service provider, Afrihost, to get Frogfoot to install the fibre in East London. Impossible to get anyone to help as emails sent to Frogfoot are reverted back to the client as : "We don't deal with the customers directly, contact your service provider." Emails sent to Afrihost are reverted back as "we will get back to you with an update". So, Frogfoot accepted the installation order from Afrihost. BUT, nothing has happened ever since and it's been weeks - the order was expedited as URGENT. Is Frogfoot still in business?
