After highlighting my challenges with Sassa regarding my SRD grant, I am happy to say it was resolved within minimal time possible and to my satisfaction.

My SRD grant has been declined incorrectly for the month of May and August 2020 . June and July were paid but my situation has not changed. I have written to the Office of the President as well. This incompetence causes unnecessary distress.

My SRD grant payments for May 2020 and August 2020 were declined incorrectly. May 2020 they cited IRP5 of which its incorrect and I sent an appeal email, there was no response. June and July 2020 were paid correctly and August 2020 declined incorrect, as my situation has changed.
