I put in an order for a Samsung phone on the 28 Nov. I was promised delivery on 8 Dec. That day came and went and it took many meesages to phone me to tell me the phone was out of stock, but they would replace it with another phone which would be delivered on 15 Dec Well so far nothing. They do no answer messages and when trying to phone them, you get an answering service. Pathetic service.
We have just been to the PE Food Lovers Market and the prices advertised on the shelves is not what you pay at the till. Lettuces were advertised at two for R20, but at the till they went through at R14.95 each. Melons that were advertised at R29.99, they tried to charge R49.99 at the till. Lucky we noticed that. This is very dishonest practice.
The maintenance of machines at the Lorraine Virgin Active is non existent. Went to the Gym on Wednesday 24 March to find only one of the eight stationary bikes working. This is not the first time, I put a complaint card in last week and I have heard nothing from the clubs management. How can a club of this magnitude be so slack. About a month ago the same thing happened and I was told that the fuses of the machines kept blowing because of load shedding. Amazing how excuses in the country are either load shedding or covid. Come on get your act together and get the maintenance done or get new bikes.
Although the food at Barneys is pretty good, the price of the wine is off the clock. R140 for a bottle of Darling white wine or R120 for a bottle of Graca. The beers are also not cheep at R40 for 500ml Castle draught. Why do these places not realise that they cannot rip people off like that. I will not go back there.
