We have never been disappointed when ordering from here or eating in. The food is delicious and there is so much passion put into the food. You can actually taste the love. I say support the local restaurant that is not affiliated to a big corporate as the local guys need our support
Shocking response from the Vitality travel team. I have been waiting for 7 months for a response and outcome on a ticket where flights to the UK were cancelled. First it was the agency that responded , Holiday Travel, then I was told to contact British airways Comair then Vitality travel and today I get a response saying "Comair is, unfortunately, still in the process of defining a process to action refunds for bookings made for British Airways International administered through Comair. Refunds are, therefore, on hold at this stage but as soon as we have any update regarding these refunds, an update will be sent out." This I find unacceptable as they have had more than 7 months to sort a plan out. British Airways has reimbursed my fare for my moms ticket within 3 weeks of the query yet I have to wait because it was done through Vitality. I want a response with a solution please

I am sorry this is now unacceptable. I have been a Vitality member for years and this is the response. As far as I see this is a delay tactic to not paying our money back. I had another ticket direct with British Airways and got my refund in 3 weeks.
