Please do yourself a favour and do not go to this carwash at cornubia, the service is absolutely terrible, slow and I personally was not happy with the minimal soap they were using, I normally go to Nemos carwash where there is exceptional device but I was in the area and decided to try this carwash, my biggest mistake
Guys, please do yourself a favour and DO NOT buy a cloud nine bed. They offer these long warranty periods which sounds so attractive that one would think that this brand of bed is the best and it must be off the highest quality because there aren’t a lot of other bed companies offering such long warranties. Well here’s the catch.. “During the FIRST 2 years Cloud Nine will repair, replace or refund (at cloud nines option) the defective mattress or foundation” “After the guarantee period there will be a service charge of one-twelfth, one-fifteenth or one-twenty-fifth (whichever is applicable) of the current recommended retail price at the date of complaint times the number of years in use. e.g R5999.00 divide 12 = R499.90 x 5 = R2499.58 + VAT (plus transport costs, if any). In the event that you do need to use the warranty (mine is 20 years), you need to pay them to get a replacement mattress. So now that my mattress is sinking (purchased in 2019, despite rotating it every single month), they are asking me to pay R6163.77 for a mattress upgrade?? I rather use that money to buy a new bed that will actually do its job. Another side note, as if life is not already so hectic, in order for the mattress to remain a “functioning” mattress, you have to rotate the mattress ONCE every single month (month 1 – label face up at foot, month 2 - label face down at foot, month 3 - label face up at head, month 4 - label face down at head), they also say the bed is dual sided but the underneath is not soft and comfortable as the right side up and also the mattress is ****** heavy so good luck rotating it every single month. If I can save at least one person from this drama, I will be so happy, please do your research on your bed manufacturers before you make a purchase, especially on a cloud nine bed because later on you may regret it.

Hi, Just want to say a big thank you to Kelly Van Der Haar Claims consultant from One Plan pet insurance for her assistance in our claims for Kai Pillay. Sadly Kai had to be put down because he wasn’t well. One good thing from this experience is that I am very happy that we received efficient customer service that was seamless and all our claims were settled in full with the vet directly. We had peace of mind not worrying about the financial burden of high medical bills. I am so thankful that we made a decision to take One Plan pet insurance. I will definitely recommend One Plan pet insurance and when I do get another pet, One Plan will be my first choice again. Wanted to write this review also because we were discouraged by the vet and told not to use One Plan and to change the pet insurance because One Plan gives them hassles with paying for claims, but I have had no issues with One Plan so just to put it out there One Plan is a good pet insurance to have.
