Worst service ever, I went to their shop to buy tiles, their speed point machine kept saying my card was declined, I asked Simba if I could do an EFT, he said yes and provided banking details. I made payment and provided them with POP. Only after making payment he said we needed to wait for funds to clear, I asked him why didn’t he advise me to do an immediate payment or go withdraw cash because the funds will only reflect Monday since it was Saturday. Worst part I had hired a bakkie and I had a person waiting for me at home to do the tiling. They offered to deliver the tiles once the money clears in their account, I agreed and left. Monday afternoon, I called Simba to check if the funds are reflecting, he said he will check and call me back but never did, Tuesday I called him , he told me that he will call me after 5 minutes but never did. I called he confirmed that the money is reflecting and they will deliver on Tuesday, he later called and said that they are waiting for truck to deliver stock and that I will get my order on Wednesday but didn’t. He has been making excuses after excuses, he even said I can go ahead and write review about them I asked for a refund since their failing to deliver he said it takes 48 hours to get POP

Worst service ever
I'm writing to express my disappointment with the level of service I received. I purchased a top which happened to be small, on the 1st of June 2025. I then requested for a return. Even today it hasn't been collected. I called them on the 9th to follow up, I was told that it should be collected within 3 working days, a week went by no communications. I called them again on the 17th, I was told it will be collected within 24 hours but still not collected. getting through to their call Centre is absolutely the worst, it is a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend their online service to anyone; it is the worst I have ever experienced. This is something that you do not expect to receive from such a big brand. Very disappointing and on top of that, their refund turnaround time is the longest ever

Their service was really amazing, very quick , the agent kept checking up on me to ensure that I’m happy and been assisted, he even called to check if I’m home

Worse online shopping experience ever,Wrong order delivered
I’m extremely disappointed with my order, I placed an order on the 25 November which was delivered yesterday on the 11th December, I was so shocked to see that they didn’t send what I ordered, they decided to send what they wanted, something that I will never buy or even accept for free, what is sad is that they didn’t even bother to discuss with me and advise that they don’t have stock, they decided that it would be best to surprise me and go through their lengthy return process now I don’t have shoes to wear to a wedding on Saturday and they don’t have stock. Now I need to accept their sorry for the inconvenience which is not enough cos I don’t have shoes to wear. Worse online shopping experience ever. The shoes were on my wish list for almost a year coz I was waiting for price drop, was so happy to see them being on special, can you imagine my disappointment when I opened the box to see what they sent, yeerr.

Mbali beauty a big scammer
Mbali beauty is a scammer, Ordered hair from her and she never delivered, I placed the order March, I then requested for refund which she only paid back R1000. I’m still awaiting R1650. When it’s time to deliver, she will make excuses after excuses. Please ladies never buy from her

I placed an order on the 16 August 2020 for a Yoni steam, at that time the page was called YONI CHERI, Currently the lady has a new page called YONI_LIVE_CHERI. First time I made a follow up, she told me that delivery now takes 21 working days ( from the 10 t0 14 working days) She told me that she doesn't do REFUNDS. I made another follow after the 21 working days has lapse , she doesn't answer and has archived my WhatsApp Her name is Ursula Ntsubane, the very same lady who owns Destiny moon prints Ladies I know I will not get my money or order, Just making an awareness, this lady is crook,fraudster, she is a scammer, Who is looking for an easy way to make quick cash, while we have to work hard for our money
