I paid Greenpath for an event that was later cancelled by them on short notice. Unfortunately, despite several attempts to contact them, I have not received a refund or any clear communication regarding the payment. The experience has been disappointing, mainly due to the lack of transparency and follow-up. It would have been far better if they had processed the refund promptly or at least provided regular updates.

Here is the email I received on 5th February: "Good day, Albertus I trust you are all well. Please note that our Training Facilitator for Situational Leadership Workshop scheduled for the 11 – 12 February 2025 at City Lodge Hotel Katherine – Sandton has advised as of today to postpone due to the trainer been unable to conduct the training next week and our replacement trainer is not available as she has other training commitments. We profusely apologise for the inconvenience, It has however been advised to move the class to other dates. New dates will be communicated to you by the end of this week or by Tuesday next week as we have to double check availability of dates and facilitators. Apologies for the short notice and the inconvenience caused. Kindly note that the venue will change going forward as City Lodge Hotel Katherine – Sandton as been closed permanently. "
I paid Sharron in November 2024 for appointments that were promised to me. It is now September 2025, and not a single appointment has been delivered. To make matters worse, I have been completely ghosted — no responses, no updates, no accountability. Taking people’s money and disappearing is not only unprofessional, it’s *********. At this point, I expect either the service I paid for immediately, or a full refund.
The job was completed with the necessary skill and knowledge. My issue is with the invoice. I had asked for a quote beforehand, which never came. The work was completed, in 20 minutes, but I was billed a whole hour because " I work fast ".
You get what you pay for. I paid R2000 for 10 prospects on 15 October 2020. At the time of writing, 3 March 2022, 2 prospects made it to the scheduled zoom meetings. The other 8 prospects are outstanding and it is impossible to get a straight answer out of the admin team. So far I have only wasted my money, not only that, an abundance of time wasted waiting for meetings that never realised.
Initially, a fantastic experience booking the charter. Paid upfront as per request. Charter was cancelled due to poor weather conditions by the skipper. Almost a month has passed with the deposit not being refunded. The skipper is 'ghosting'/ ignoring our attempt to be refunded. Wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone.
We booked our holiday with San Martinho Beach Club on 1st January 2021 of this year, the booking is for 19 December 2021 to 29 December 2021. To confirm the booking, a R28 000 deposit was required. A full refund was guaranteed if we cancel 30 days before attending. Due to circumstance, we cancelled the booking on the 8th August 2021. We have requested refunds on several different occasions, only to receive a multitude of excuses ranging from: “it has already been refunded”, “we are having issues with our Mozambique bank” or “this matter has been closed”. It has gone so far to being ghosted / ignored by all the relevant parties (including Booking.com). I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone to make use of their services as it seems that one of the following issues to blame: The company might be insolvent, or is acting with malicious intent, or their customer service is extremely poor, bordering on non-existent. If there was an option for 0 stars Computershare would be a contender. The issue at hand is trying to get any feedback out of Computershare with respect to the sale of a share. Countless emails, phone calls and no response. I cannot in could conscience recommend the use of Computershare to any person. To anyone else having the same issue, good luck and I wish you a more successful endeavour than the one I am experiencing.
