Santam refusing refund for premiums on sold property – error theirs, demanding **** doc. NFO case #E740X93M filed.
As mentioned previously, I had 5 successful transactions with Temu. I realized afterwards that Buffalo was the courier company. Then afterwards Temu changed the courier company to Laser without informing me, which operated differently to Buffalo. Laser sent me sms's without showing their name in the sms's, thinking it was Buffalo. I responded thinking it was Buffalo to please send me an email with the link for D&T payment. I never got any feed back after several messages. Temu has refunded me the full amount for the returned goods. I will give Temu a break until Temu sort out their customer/supplier relationship.
Before the 27 Feb 2025, I had 5 successful business transactions with Temu. My last order I have not received up to now, paid on the 17 Feb 2025 (cost just under R1000). I keep on getting this message "Waiting for D&T payment". I have not received one email from Temu with a link to pay the D&T cost. I keep on getting virtual messages on Temu website, which does not address my problem. I have over R2000 worth of order on hold. I will not buy anything until I receive my goods first.
Today 16-08-2022 went on Webafrica Whatsapp chat. Sent from one agent to the other to cancel my adsl service with them. Each agent (3 of them) asking me the same questions. Eventually they ended the chat after 1hour 12 minutes without helping me.
I took a Lawn Star LS900 in for repairs. Yesterday I went to pick it up. I was told that the filter was clogged with grass. After paying about R400 for the cleaning out of the grass and parts that I did not ask for, I tried it out today. The machine still does the same thing, cutting out every minute of use. Bye Bye Lawn Star you won’t see me again.
