I logged into kybpc before and setup 2way authentication. I dontbhave the phone anymore to getvthe authentication. The ID upload doesn't work and all emails comes back jot monitored anymore. I uave a business acc with them WhatsApp for my company and they just suspended it There's no 1ntk contactborbgetbin touch with them loosing money as can't appeal and do follow all rules. This is sobfrustrattingbI can login to kynbanking but jot my social account I honestly can't believe this
I honestly cant believe the BAD service. I have my contract for almost 2 years now. I have tried to change my banking details for months but they keep on taking from old account so I have to go on the App and do a payment with my Credit Card. So every failed payment I get charged for this is now months so amount of "penalties" is crazy. Again I paid with my credit card I phoned in they confirmed receiving the payment ( FULL AMOUNT THAT APP SHOWED TO PAY ) when I phoned in was told there is more outstanding. I did a EFT emailed it together with proof of the Credit Card payment ) that amount was already confirmed as received. 4 emails later I keep getting a reply that the Print Screen for the credit card is not accepted but nobody actually reading my email ) Phoning them holding for more than 45 min ( Not from my Cell C as you cannot phone Cell C themselves ) from your phone so have to use another number costing me more money to try and resolve this. Never received such bad service its been a few hours now and getting no luck
I must say I am disgusted with the concept of how FNB handles their clients. They do debit orders for Softy Comp and decided in January to close our merchant account end of Aug. An email was sent to Softycomp in Jan but not to our company untill the 8th of April when the services ended end of April not even given us enough time to make other arrangements. I must say I think is disgusting and terrible Custimer Service from FNB and Softy Comp. I will still escalate this to higher level
The WORSE company to use for your Debit orders. Together with FNB they clearly dont care about good business practices. Cant believe FNB is actually still associated with them. Will write a complain today on FNB as well relating to the worse service ever received and total **** business sense . Honestly expected better customer service even from First National Bank that is associated with them.
