Sy kan n persoon help en die produk Courier reg oor die land. In vandag se tyd is sulke mense baie skaars. Gaan loer op haar FB Blad. Baby on Board.
Actually, since my parcel been send to other customer , I struggle for a week to get someone to assist me. A person that have a passion for her job. On my lucky day I get Mpho, she is a person with passion , enjoy her work. She even contacted and tell me when I will receive my package. If Skynet can employ more people like Mpho ... it will be joy to have a problem and you need help. For her is no problem to contacted you, when she promise to do so , not like the other staff that never ever call you back. Thanks Mpho you are seriously a STAR worker.
Never ever used COOLTEC CONTRACTORS , in Pretoria North . They have Zero customer service , when you logged a complain , stories after stories they they tell you to use other Contracor to solved the complain , when you send them the inv .... hands in the air and turn there back on you. The guy dont even answer your calls. Bad bad news .
We have done two Transcation, 25/11 and 26/11. Money still not in bank account. Sureswipe excuse last time was : the amount was big. Wonder what will the excuse be Today. Same story: did send a email early this morning did get the Auto Response back and that is all. But I can Promise you some one will call me now, BAD BAD SERIVCE
A Sureswipe transaction was done on Monday 9 November 2020, and believe it is a big amount , until today not in our Bank Accounts, We did lock the call ( 01423362) and with the Promise after I call helpdesk no one call you back. So they are keeping your money in there bank accounts, and you as the customer must struggle to get hold of them. I PROMISE , I wish our contact is done so we can Cancelled all 5 Units.

We as a Company have 7 Units with Sure Swipe. We struggle witj them since February 2020. We want to Cancell some off the units, and requested a Cancelation Fee, they mail one to us. Then Lock Down happen, early July we requested one again, what happen it is much higher as the first one, when we ask why they said they will investigate after many emails. Until today no one come back to us, we can mail not even a reply. The unit in Groblersdal, we struggle with it for 3 weeks, no joy if we call, yesterday we call again, lucky for us a lady help us an explain that this unit been inactive, due to the upgrade, so we are paying every month still for the rentals, minimum transaction fee, for a unit thats not working, and the upgrade is been done a long time ago. Sure Swipe is the first to take your money, but never there to help you.
