Momentum is awful. Everytime i try to use the funds in my healthsaver the card fails. I am at the doctor and the momentum money card is not working again. I called momentum money who said I need to speak to healthsaver. I spoke to healthsaver who said I need to speak to Activations. Can somebody help me to use MY FUNDS that are in the healthsaver using the card?
For the third month in a row FNB is failing to action and allocate funds timeously into my business account. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. What is worse is that no investigation is undertaken for the failure on FNB's side which occurred for the past two months and now for the third month. I will be closing my FNB accounts due to their pathetic systems, lack of process and unprofessionalism
At my wits end with this call centre. Called them on 0860 11 78 59 and then select option1 for members. They put me through to the staff line who only tell me its the wrong line after hearing my story. They then transfer me and i go through to the provider line who do the same. Fix your damn IVR please?
Ordered an item. What was received was not the same as what was pictured on the website. It has been a mission to get a refund or get in contact with them as well. Service is very bad. Be warned do not purchase from MHCworld. Website claims that they offer 14 Day easy returns. This is not the case as they want you to physically go to the store for a refund when the item was purchased online.
Really bad service. They say they will call you back but never do so. Can't even make an appointment for a service. Try to avoid this dealership. Their BAIC agency should be revoked due to bad service!
Mr Price had a promotion on 31 March - Buy one get one free. There was stock of chairs and I purchased 2. I have the payment confirmation and order confirmations. Delivery was scheduled for today. Last week Friday I logged on an checked and they have cancelled my order without any notice whatsoever. They are in contravention of the CPA. This was advertised as a special. There was stock when I ordered and the order was successful and I have proof. Very UPSET with MRP Home. do NOT Use them!
After 5 years of having my monthly banking fees waivered as I had the minimum account balance FNB has now unilaterally started charging me monthly account fees since August. This has not been mentioned in the pricing guide and is illegal. One of the consultants said the fees would be reversed on 25 September but this has not taken place. really bad service from FNB. Maybe I am going to move my accounts to ABSA that still does not charge monthly account fees when you have the 50k minimum balance.
