Shopify 151 O'Connor Street, Ground floor, Ottawa, ON, K2P 2L8.” This the response I got from Shopify after waiting 30 days to report a complaint. From one of their business partners Crolux. Made a purchase and never received my order and Shopify has done nothing to resolve the issue
I had an issue with a top up voucher and I contacted them regarding the issue they then informed that the turnaround time was 24-48 hours, which was on the 19th of November. when I tried to load the voucher I got this message “ Invalid voucher pin entered. Make sure you have selected the correct provider above”. It was a R500 voucher and then 2-weeks later their feedback is the voucher was redeemed 😡 yet I never got the top up! I want my money HOLLYWOOD!!!
Constantly crashes and freezes. Get better serve, better yet Shut down can’t constantly have the urge for my account balance which you always temper with. I want my money back!!!
